We came on a Sunday morning. The selection is not huge, but everything is fresh, good, and the atmosphere is very friendly. It always feels good to discover 100% gluten-free places. We also bought some bread and are looking forward to tasting it because it looks very appetizing!

Gluten-free, organic, vegan. And everything! Some are even sugar-free. I've been a loyal customer from the start and especially love the Schlax flatbread and the Berliner - both are rare but all the more delicious. I can particularly recommend the bread Boy and Puk, and my highlights also include the raw cakes (sweetened with dates) and the muesli bars.

The idea is wonderful for people who cannot eat wheat or gluten. An expensive paradise. It would be great if all employees shared this passion for an idea and such an offer. Unfortunately, everything is with sunflower oil. I think for hearty bread, oil is not necessary.

Simply amazing! Everything gluten-free. You rarely find that. A dream.🤭 There are also vegan options. It’s just a small bakery to feel "normal". So far, however, no one comes close to Copenhagen.

Nice gluten-free café :) sometimes the baked goods are dry, so you have to consume them on the same day. Otherwise, the staff is always nice and the ambiance is also pleasant.

A real highlight for anyone wanting to enjoy gluten-free. The selection is exceptionally large and truly well thought out. Especially nice is that there are not only the typical gluten-free and vegan combinations, but also gluten-free baked goods with butter. You rarely find that. You can immediately tell how much love and care goes into the products. On top of that, there is a very friendly and attentive team that makes you feel at home right away. Currently, the shop is somewhat hidden by scaffolding, but that should change soon. One should definitely not be put off by this. Clear recommendation. When I'm back in Prenzlauer Berg, I'll definitely come back.

This is a very cute and cosy little 100% gluten free cafe that would be delightful for reading, or catching up with friends. They have some vegan options too. The staff are SUPER warm and friendly. Even the other patrons - one customer wished me “Guten Appetit” as my food arrived, how sweet! I tried a non-vegan margherita pizza, but I have to say it was just ok. A bit heavy and thick. Good flavour from the sauce though. Perhaps their bread rolls would be better as that is what they are known for.

Really disappointing. The brownie is NOT a brownie - it was so bland and dry. Zero chocolate flavour. The cherry slice was alright - more flavour needed again. The apple slice was nice. The bread with the carrot inside was quite good for gluten free bread. The little white bread rolls were super hard / stale. It’s always exciting to find gluten free bakeries but then it’s such a letdown when the produce is not good.

Celiac paradise! I had my first gluten-free donut here (not always in stock!) On every trip to Berlin, I must pack a Wilhelm bread in my carry-on, and I freeze it. Tastes like new in the toaster! Great selection of pastries!

The selection in this bakery is a dream! Since the bakery bakes everything gluten-free, I could enjoy my breakfast without restrictions. The rolls were unbelievably soft and couldn't have tasted better. I can also highly recommend the spreads that go with it. The fresh waffles were equally divine! There’s even every coffee variation available in decaf. Due to my celiac disease, I haven't been able to eat freshly baked rolls for a long time. Breakfast here was truly a highlight of my day. Whether you have celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or eat normally: I can only recommend this bakery to everyone!

I am French . Each time I come to Berlin, this is THE first shop I go to. The first thing you notice is that the place is cosy. But then comes the best part…The bread is amazing ( I give you my French word on that one!), the choice is a miracle ( in my country gluten free is complicated and I can’t find a bakery in my town…), the people who work there are so nice. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the different breads. They had some samples out when we were there too, which was nice. And the best part, not expensive! So amazing I went back twice. This fully gluten free bakery which also caters for sugar free and vegans was so amazing. The girl we spoke to which we believe was the owner was so lovely and welcoming and explained everything on offer. I got a cheese bun which I had with sundried tomato paste and feta cheese, a baguette, a Marbeled muffin, brownie and a Cramberry cookie. I tried to make it last but it was too good. I ended up going back the next day to get more delicious goodies. I could not recommend this place enough. It is a coeliacs dream.

My favorite gluten free bakery in town. Not only is the bread amazing, but the environment is very welcoming and the staff is incredibly kind and sweet. They have many options, both sweet and savory, for celiacs who are unable to eat oats and try to stay away from buckwheat. I cannot recommend this bakery enough; every time I stop by I dream of working there simply because of how wonderful it is. Majority of the food is vegan as well, unless you ask for non-vegan butter to pair with your bread which is perfect for those with gluten, dairy, and egg allergies! I simply cannot recommended this bakery enough! If you are a big fan of bread but have been disappointed in the past with gluten free options, this is the place that will change your opinion entirely!

My favorit Bäckery in the country, by far. Their recipes for pastry is top notch. It's important to note that not all products are available all the time. They rotate on a daily basis. Some times you can find croissants, some other times other delicious treats. Depending on the day of the week. Sunday, except bread, you won't find many things on the shelf (I guess they don't bake anything on Sunday). For coffee, they provide regular milk, lactose free milk and a bunch of diary-free milks (soy, almond, rice). Obviously, everything is gluten free and many things lactose free as well (when they have (mini) pizza, they have both regular and vegan pizzas available). Worth mentioning that prices are a bit higher than in other glutenfrei bakeries in the city (but worth it, IMO). They also sell coffee beans, for home brewing. Affordable price. (like 10€ for 250g, or something similar). For regular customers, they have a loyalty program, where, by ~100€ spent you receive a nice treat. I find it pretty cool.

This is hands-down the best gluten-free cafe and bakery in the entire city. Their bread and bread rolls are, despite being gluten-free, fluffy and delicious and they also offer a wide variety of GF desserts, cookies, cakes and even take-away sandwiches and pizzas. Almost all of their products are also vegan, making it even easier to find something to eat in case you follow a more restrictive diet beyond "just" GF. On top of that, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and allows happy to help out if you have additional questions about ingredients or allergens. This is definitely a must-visit for anyone following a gluten-free and/or vegan diet in Berlin-Mitte!

As a coeliac, I was so excited having this place nearby. I’ve tried their bread and cakes and unfortunately they are quite disappointing. I’ve been to other gluten-free bakeries, such as Oshione and Aera, and the quality and taste was much better. So far, I have always received the baked goods from here, but this time I made a quick stop during my visit to Berlin. The super friendly service made me a fantastic iced coffee, and this pastry is definitely my favorite. Light and sugar-sweet, and so small that one doesn’t get too bad. The rolls and breads are rather firm, typical of whole grain baked goods, but usually also juicy enough to still taste good. I am also among those affected by celiac disease, this shop is one of those in the US that is not only gluten-free but also tastes good, great keep it up.

I admire the fact that there is a dedicated gluten-free bakery near me, more so for those who are gluten intolerant. But the reality is that most of their breads all taste the same and have very abnormal textures. Read some of the other reviews and you'll understand. If it's the only gluten free bakery near you, worth going. Otherwise, not worth the price or time. Try baking your own gluten-free bread instead. It's more than worth it!

This place opened just after I was diagnosed with celiac disease, so I was very new to gluten-free eating. I felt so lucky to have Berlin's first dedicated gluten-free bakery right in my neighborhood. Over the years, I'd try each new product they came out with, but also was enjoying fresh bread and baked goods in places like Spain, the States and UK at some of best GF bakeries in the world. Experiencing how good gluten-free can be made me realize what I was missing here. The breads are really dense and I find they all taste the same, like really pungent alternative flours. It's such a shame that they don't branch out with different flavors and textures for different preferences, because I know from experience it is possible. The desserts are where they really lose me. Generally dry with not a lot of flavor, like something healthy masquerading as a dessert. There's no decadence factor. Full disclosure, I am a passionate foodie and baker, and I make my own sourdough from scratch, so if I enjoy everything I make so much more than what I can get here, there's no point in going. I really really wanted to love this place, but honestly, I'd rather trek all the way across town where there are two gluten-free bakeries with much tastier breads and treats.

Very good choice of gluten free bread and a few sweets. It is also possible to have breakfast or a snack there, finally without worries to be poisoned with some gluten. Clearly I refer to proven celiacs and not just people who decides to be on a diet and stops eating gluten. For somebody with celiac desease it is very good to know there is a place you can finally go and feel "normal", feel free to chose between all options and not been obliged, as in common restaurants, to orden the only one thing in the menu that has no gluten in it. they had at least 7 sorts of bread named after northern men. I bought 4 of em. ALL smelled incredibly moldy, yeasty, rotten and totally gross like beer-yeast, or butyric acid. The texture of the breads were good and the taste was "o.k.-ishly" (can keep up with real bread if necessary) but the smell/taste.... jesus!... i would pay money to NOT to be obliged to eat this. I m sorry... to tell you that you probably have to bake ur own "gluten-free bread". My girlfriend was raving about this place before she even visited but I have to admit that even I was pretty impressed after she came back with some goodies.
