I'll start by saying that this pizzeria really makes an excellent gluten-free pizza. The dough is delicious and the topping as well. They have everything needed to avoid contamination with two separate ovens for preparation. The pizza dough has a thick, airy crust and was well-risen. We entered around 8/8:15 PM and didn't have to wait without a reservation, but it's advisable to book if you want to go later because the place gradually filled up. Very nice venue with plenty of seating. Fast and courteous staff. Recommended! 👍🏻
