The place is small, there are about 6-7 tables. That said, we arrived at 11 and managed to get our pancakes at 12:30. It's a shame because the pancakes were quite good and, above all, gluten-free (hard to find in Munich). Unfortunately, the two employees could not manage both the dining area and the open kitchen: it was clear from their appearance (all dirty and exhausted) that they had to do both and were struggling. Let's set aside the risk of contamination, which I hope did not happen, but the two guys were clearly in difficulty, so I understand that contamination could be a secondary concern for them. Around noon, two more people arrived to help, and they may have managed to improve the situation. The fact remains that in an hour and a half we saw more people get up from the tables without food than those who actually ate. We weren't in a hurry and waited, but we also ordered two cappuccinos that never arrived. Let's say that 3 stars are only for the pancakes and nothing else, but as someone who works in the industry, I feel a bit sorry for them because I really saw them struggling.
