Delicious dough and incredible attention to Celiac disease as well as to quality, extremely high!

Two nights ago I had gluten-free pizza because I am celiac, but I'm really sorry to say it was inedible! The ingredients were good and abundant, but the dough was almost unpalatable...too much oil, almost raw dough, and hard to chew. The taste of the flour used wasn't bad, but the cooking was terrible. I only ate two pieces, and I ate the rest the next day...I almost lost my teeth. I'm really sorry to say this, but as a celiac, I couldn't not mention it.
