A place just a few steps from Piazza Cabildo. The menu is completely gluten-free, but they also serve bread with gluten for those who are not celiac. I tried the paella. Delicious! Prices are slightly high.

I had dinner at this restaurant, the menu is completely gluten-free and the food is really great! I ordered the seafood paella, and the waitress immediately specified that the price listed on the menu is per person, so since the paella can only be ordered for two, the price needs to be multiplied by two. The waiters are friendly, and the interior environment is nice. There is also an option to eat outside.

A place a few steps from Seville Cathedral. The restaurant is completely gluten-free. We had two sangrias, chicken croquettes, jamon croquettes, and bruschetta with Iberian ham. The food was good but not exceptional, the girls who served us were a bit awkward because they were probably newly hired. For those who don’t expect much in terms of both price and food, it’s an ideal place; I must say this is a personal opinion.

We chose this restaurant because it is marked "100% gluten free" and close to the cathedral area. Indeed, it is a 100% gluten free restaurant with many local specialties. We visited it on two different occasions: a lunch and a dinner. For lunch, we tried the potato croquettes, bread with jamon and salmorejo, and fried sardines. For dinner, we re-tasted the salmorejo (this time a full dish) and a seafood paella. The food is good, the flavor is excellent, and the dishes are satisfying. The only note is that they feel a bit heavy in the stomach; we noticed a certain heaviness after eating (and I don't think we ate too much). Maybe we are not used to it? Who knows. The staff is very kind and attentive, available and...always present. On the same day, we found the same people both at lunch (2 PM) and at dinner (9 PM). Poor things. Prices are a bit high but I believe they are in line with the area (generally 20-25€ per person).
