I visited Bill’s in Nottingham to grab a late breakfast and a coffee to start my day in the city. The interior is classy, and I was seated at a high table with a comfortable chair, so I felt comfortable, especially as a solo diner here. I went for the Gluten-Free Bill’s Big Brunch with an Iced Vanilla Latte; the presentation of the food was good, yet I expected more from the coffee. Bill’s always seems classy, unique and bougie, so I just expected more from the coffee; it was so ordinary. It did taste okay though after I stirred in the syrup from the bottom. My food was fine; the eggs and sausages were good quality, and the bread had a crunch to it and was particularly good for gluten-free. I wasn’t a big fan of the random avocado or the bacon, though. The staff seemed friendly, but it was a little hard to get someone’s attention when I wanted to pay my bill, and again I had to wait for a manager to remove the service charge, so there was a degree of awkwardness about removing it, so I feel this could have been handled better. I do find it to be a little pricey here without promotional offers though, but I would return regardless.

Great food, service and decor, me and my friends enjoyed our time at Bill's, food was delicious and so were desserts and drinks. Staff were pleasesant and attentive. Lovely interior. Is busy place but service was swift and it didn't feel crowded despite all tables being taken. Great gluten free menu as well!
