Store manager accused me of lying to him as I requested no Hot Sauce as I have an intolerance for it causing my body to go red and swell up and ordered burger sauce as a substitute. I received my pizza and it had Hot Sauce hidden underneath the Burger sauce all over the pizza. Of course my entire body immediately was burning and my face is red and swelled up. I rang the store manager and he did not offer an apology he stated that he made the pizza and he definitely did not put any red hot sauce on. I told him I had a severe intolerance to this and if I had an allergic reaction this would have caused an even bigger issue for me but he said "well you don't have an allergy and you should of told us" which I specifically did on the web order. I explained to him that there was the red hot spicy sauce underneath the burger sauce and he firmly told me that he made the pizza and he definitely didn't put spicy sauce and he claimed he made it himself and stated he did not make any mistakes and accused me of lying to him. The store manager would not offer me an apology as he firmly believed that I was lying to him and sent someone to pick up the pizza from our address and bring it back to him. I asked him when he receives the Pizza and reviews his video footage I want a call-back of a personal apology from him which he said to me he will do. I have attached pictures clearly showing the hot sauce on the pizza. I have yet to receive any call back of an apology. I will definitely be taking this to the head office.
