The paradise of the intolerant! I travel 60 km (round trip) just to sit down and have a carefree breakfast, taking everything I want without restricting myself, all gluten-free and lactose-free. Fabulous pastries, hot croissants that are simply amazing, better than the 'normal' ones, and I can't help but comment on the mini pizzas, truly delicious. All surrounded by a friendly and pleasant staff. Worth it!!!

I'm not celiac, but I have several friends who are, and when I invite them to dinner, they are always happy to know that I stopped by the Bianconiglio to get delicious things for them. We all end up eating them because they are really delicious!

Great gluten-free pastry! You can't tell the difference in taste compared to regular sweets and bread! I specify this because I am not the celiac person, but I had the chance to taste their products, and I found them to be far above average! I will definitely keep this in mind for future events, as I have a celiac person in my family.

Fantastic gluten-free pastry shop, everything is gluten-free and lactose-free. Every day they offer a specialty, the pizza, ready meals, and bread. On Saturdays, the pizza by the slice is ready to eat on-site and is excellent! The pastries are great and the owner is very kind.

One of the best gluten-free pastry shops I have ever tried. The desserts are delicious, they don’t even seem gluten-free. The bread and focaccia, never had such tasty and soft ones!! Without crumbling! The cakes are of a higher quality than average because not only are they good, but they are also aesthetically perfect. Every time it’s a pleasure to come to them because they are also super kind and convey a unique tranquility. Thank you!

A small business that caters to and takes care of those with food intolerances related to gluten and lactose. A small venue with a few tables that serves coffee and pastries, also cakes upon request. Small but very clean. Very kind staff; you would go just to have a chat. There are a couple of tables inside and a couple outside. Cakes for birthdays or other events are available upon request.

5 stars for friendliness and quality. I visited Bianconiglio at 12:57 on Sunday after a trip to the science museum, and they were just starting their closing procedure. Nevertheless, they welcomed me with a smile and went ahead to "defrost" their delicious lasagna, surpassing their closing time. They even gave me a sandwich for my 4-year-old daughter who has celiac disease, and she enjoyed it for dinner once we returned to Lombardy. We wished we had more time to appreciate the place and their "fresh" items, but next time we pass by Pordenone, we will definitely revisit.

Both sweet and savory, everything is very tasty, and the attentive service from the staff, both towards the products and the customers, is the icing on the cake! I think that for a person with celiac disease, being able to sit down to drink a cappuccino while eating gluten-free pastries does not happen often. Those who have little enjoy the small things! The young owners are very kind and sweet, their pastries are a delight for the palate, especially the pistachio cream puff... I can only say thank you to the owners for giving me this experience! The products are really good... I tasted some sweets and did my shopping for home: bread, lasagna, crepes, and pastries. The staff is really kind and nice. It's a small but comfortable environment with tables to sip a coffee and eat a pastry. For those who don't eat gluten, it's really a nice little place.

I bought their gluten-free and lactose-free crostoli (chiacchiere) for my wife who is celiac. I must say they are exceptional; I am not celiac, so I normally eat the regular ones, but I wanted to try these to compare them with the regular ones bought at the bakery and, to my great surprise, there was practically no difference, same taste as the regular ones, really great, crispy, not greasy, and very fine. They really deserve it, congratulations!!! I won't miss trying their bread and especially the pizza, which is always so difficult to find good. Those from pizzerias are almost always made with industrial frozen bases; I am curious to see what theirs are like.

The staff is truly kind, and their formula offers the chance to try both sweet and savory specialties throughout the week thanks to the always different daily ideas. They make brioche every other Sunday, alternating them with pizzas, panzerotti, and more. Absolutely worth trying!

I tried gluten-free pastries, without milk, without butter, and without yeast... and surprisingly I found them delicious! Tasty and crumbly. The owner was very kind and willing to provide me with information since it was my first time trying this type of product. I also found gluten-free bread and pizza there. And everything is made artisanally. I recommend it!
