Decent gluten-free pizza. I recommend changing the wording on the pizza menu where, when choosing flours, 'gluten-free' is also listed. This way, customers may think the dough is fresh when it is actually pre-made bases. Good quality bases, but the difference compared to fresh dough is significant. The pizza maker did well to come to the table to explain their choice.
