Gluten free, dairy free, egg free pizza.. the best !! Rang up Pizza Hut delivery yesterday evening for the first time ordering from Pizza Hut in many years. Spoke to a guy called Jemal, some of the best customer service I have ever received. I explained to him about my food, intolerances and allergies and not being able to have dairy/gluten/eggs. He went through every single item in the menu allergy list to explain what I couldn’t couldn’t have over the phone and reassured me that the pizza would come straight from the pizza oven into the box and would not be cross contaminated with the pizza cutter or the same prep area. This gave me extremely high confidence in ordering my gluten-free and dairy free pizza, of which I have allergies and am coeliac. Most pizza places I called before calling. Pizza Hut didn’t want to give me the time of day on the phone and just told me to order online, until I got through to Pizza Hut, it gave me so much confidence to be able to order gluten and dairy free and will be ordering from this Pizza Hut many times in the future. Excellent service, pizza was delicious. In fact it was one of the best pizzas that I’ve had since been gluten-free / dairy free in almost 10 years. Thanks Jama, you have reinvigorated my confidence in ordering pizza from Pizza Hut. Hope this review help someone else.👍👍
