Zero Zero Grano is a cozy gluten-free oasis where everyone can feel comfortable and enjoy delicious food. With a varied menu, well-prepared and fresh dishes, this place knows how to surprise and satisfy even non-celiac palates. Definitely recommended experience!

I happened to be here at Emma and Eduardo's, almost by chance, as a celiac I found it almost by accident on the internet… The menu is completely gluten-free, very varied and COMPLETE… Throughout the lunch, Emma accompanied us with her professionalism, kindness, and friendliness; if you are celiac or even if you are not, YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST COME HERE.

Great experience. Everything was excellent and safety was at top levels. Unfortunately, it's a bit expensive, from my point of view, but the quality of the ingredients and the kindness of the service are indisputable.

Gluten-free restaurant in the heart of Naples, with really delicious local specialties! The dishes are very good, from the eggplant parmesan to the battered vegetables to the fried fish, although the portions are a bit small. The prices are higher, understandably so given the quality and attention to gluten-free products, but it would be appreciated if the quantities were slightly increased. The cover charge (3€) is excessive for some washable placemats and a paper napkin!
5
all gluten-free, lactose-free, but above all delicious!!
1
Rations are extremely limited (in Naples they pull the plate back, and in fact, there were no places during my dinner). Average quality. Crazy prices (they even charge you for extra bread on top of the cover charge). You leave hungry and your wallet empty. The only positive note is that everything is gluten-free. But that doesn't justify such a low quality/quantity/price ratio. I didn't see any refined or particularly high-quality ingredients to justify it all. There is definitely better in Naples.

A restaurant aimed at those suffering from celiac disease (hooray!... in other restaurants, only a few marginal options are usually reserved for celiacs) in a small venue right in the center of Naples, near Via Toledo and at the gates of the Spanish Quarters. The service is really very good, as is the approach of the owner, who is very kind and friendly (she can explain some dishes very well using the Neapolitan dialect, which has a powerful figurative connotation). However, the food convinced me very little: the dishes - although prepared with precious and quality ingredients - did not have flavors that I liked... The prices also left me perplexed: in my opinion, they were too high.
5
Intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Extremely delicious food with vegan and vegetarian options - all gluten-free. I have never eaten such good gluten-free bread. Impeccable service. It was the restaurant where we felt the most welcomed during our stay in Naples.
2
Crazy prices for mediocre dishes (both in quantity and quality)
5
delicious food, all gluten-free, a lovely and welcoming little place, and the staff is very kind. I highly recommend it.
5
For those like me, with intolerance issues, this is the right place if you find yourself in Naples. Cozy place, dishes rich in flavor. Highly recommended for celiac/gluten-intolerant and lactose-intolerant individuals. Even if you don't have intolerance issues, it's worth a visit, in the setting of the Spanish Quarters.
5
Really cute and welcoming place, the entire gluten-free menu was truly excellent. I highly recommend it.
5
Best meal I had during my visit to Naples. I highly recommend it. The staff was warm and accommodating and we got warm gluten free bread that both looked and tasted good. Highlight was Tagliatelle with white sauce ragout cooked at low temperature. I was dreaming about it the next few days. We were so happy and at the end we even revived a cookbook written by the chef with some of his recipes. In winter they make all their own ravioli and tortellini.

I took some days to write this review. For dinner, there were two mothers and two children, obviously two celiacs! We reserved at 8:00 PM, arrived and the welcome wasn't the best but that can happen. We shared the fried calamari and shrimp, really exceptional but for 20.00 euros the portion should be reconsidered because it was very small. We continued with two first courses, one tagliatelle with sausage ragù and one tagliatelle with octopus, pistachios, and saffron. The sausage tagliatelle was also a small portion but not excessively and really very good; the octopus tagliatelle (I'm attaching a photo) was about 60 grams, bland, presented with no care but that can happen. I kindly asked the waitress why my pasta was half the amount of the other and the response was: 'the portions are done by eye.' Always smiling, I hinted that regardless of eyeing it, 60 grams of pasta for 24 euros seems excessive to me. She, looking puzzled, went to the kitchen and soon returned saying: 'okay, I will make another one!' The plate that arrived afterward had nothing to do with the first; it seemed like a completely different dish. Definitely made with more care, still without salt, but oh well... the saffron, however, was not detectable in either. We had two glasses of red wine and the bill for: 1 fried dish 2 pasta dishes 2 glasses was 100 euros. I will share my advice and then you can draw your conclusions. The place is nice and I think the kitchen staff is inventive and eager, but the waitress in the dining area doesn't know how to smile and above all, sometimes instead of answering, a smile and bringing a new plate would suffice, instead, she made us feel uncomfortable. The bread is not good, and I've been celiac for 22 years, but it's pasty and dry, and we really struggled to taste it. The portions are really very, very small; I won't complain about the price but about the portions. I wanted to eat in this place for two years, and I was left dissatisfied. Review your approach with the customer and the SALT! I hope it gets better, and I wish you to improve more and more. P.S. PLEASE NOTE THE SECOND PASTA YOU SEE IS THE ONE WITH OCTOPUS, AND THE LAST IS THE ADDITIONAL DISH WE RECEIVED. ANOTHER PASTA, REALLY. WATCH OUT FOR THESE IMPORTANT ERRORS.

We dined at this restaurant twice during our vacation in Naples; one evening was not enough to try all their dishes! The first courses were delicious, the fried fish was dry and crispy, and their cheesecake was out of this world. Moreover, the owner is attentive to every dietary need of the customers, very kind, and even gave us valuable advice for eating gluten-free in Naples and the surrounding area. Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to eat well and safely without any gluten contamination.
5
excellent food, variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options. attentive staff to every request. their homemade bread is very good.
5
Locale associated with the Aic circuit. It is not a trattoria or a classic restaurant; you can tell that there is care and a search for a certain level of cuisine. The menu is not extensive, but offers a limited number of appetizers, first courses, main courses, and desserts, while diversifying the types. The prices are definitely not cheap, but we are still in a tourist city, and above all, the establishment does not present itself as a trattoria, so the prices are not those of a trattoria. The staff is very kind and helpful. I find it an excellent solution for anyone looking for a GF restaurant in Naples, and I recommend it.
4
Completely gluten-free restaurant with an interesting alternative menu, although the prices are a bit high despite everything being gluten-free. The location is somewhat isolated and the place is small, but well-maintained. Their homemade gluten-free bread is excellent (I recommend trying it with the oil available on the table). The quality of the food is excellent and it is also very well cooked. Definitely recommended for those who are celiac.
5
Thinking of being able to taste everything on the menu is already something extraordinary... we enjoyed a great quick meal, the bread was truly amazing!
5
all exclusively gluten-free

I ate at this completely gluten-free and lactose-free restaurant on Sunday for lunch; what can I say, I've wanted to go there for a long time. It is a paradise for those like me who are intolerant to both gluten and lactose, the quality of the ingredients is excellent, the cooking of the pasta perfect, the portions just right, the environment a bit small but welcoming; the prices were fair for the quality, the only downside in my opinion was the cover charge as well as the drink prices, which I found a bit exaggerated. I recommend it to all celiacs who want to try a unique experience in Naples.
5
Great place for those looking for high-level gluten-free options, without the fear of contamination and with the joy of sharing. Very polite staff. The only downside is that the place is a bit small and has few tables available.

I try to write an objective review, despite the experience I had. We dined in this completely gluten-free restaurant and ate very well, with dry fried food, special pastas, and very flavorful meatballs. Even the bread, with which to make the "scarpetta" (the act of wiping the plate with bread), was really very good. Unfortunately, towards the end of dinner, curious about the wine (which we found to be decent anyway), I looked for the name of the winery on the bottle and couldn’t find it. I then took a picture of the bottle and searched for it with Lens; the first image that appeared can be seen by everyone in the photos. It was a flyer from a well-known low-cost supermarket chain. We checked the back of the bottle which had the usual wording "distributed by ...." Paying €28 for a supermarket bottle, which had been presented to us as a local wine, left us so baffled that we said nothing and just left.

What can I say? A magical place for celiacs. Today for lunch we dined in this beautiful little restaurant and we had a wonderful time. Welcoming staff (they were very kind to seat us without a reservation at the last minute), food of infinite goodness (I ordered the caprese spaghetti and they were delicious) and an intimate and cozy atmosphere. I couldn't say if the lady who served us was the owner or not, but I thank her very much (she has an overwhelming charm, we are the table that accidentally spilled drinks and made a lake). If you are celiac (or not), try this little place: the prices are more than justified by the great quality of the food. We hope to be able to return before going home 😊

It was the first dinner we had in Naples, while on vacation. My husband is celiac and lactose intolerant, here he was able to taste many Neapolitan specialties. I ate with him and the quality of the products and dishes offered is very high. The owner is really kind. We spent a beautiful and intimate evening because, being during the week, it wasn't even crowded. The place is cozy and the atmosphere very pleasant.
5
Completely Gluten Free restaurant. We had a great time, the owners were very kind and friendly. The place is not very large but well organized. We shared an appetizer, octopus salad with cherry tomatoes and olives. To conclude, we had two first courses each, fettuccine with roasted octopus and saffron, and "Caprese boyfriends alla sorrentina," which is basically baked pasta with tomato and mozzarella. All accompanied by two glasses of prosecco, water, and bread. A recommended stop for people with celiac disease.
5
I recently went to eat at this restaurant with my mom, both of us being celiac. Highly recommended! The appetizer with arancini and croquettes was very good, and then we had pasta with pesto, saffron, and octopus, which was excellent. The homemade bread served warm was superb; we even bought a piece to take away.
5
Great, also pay attention to lactose intolerance. An extra point if the bread is served warm and homemade, not packaged.
1
The idea of a completely gluten-free restaurant should definitely be rewarded, but the food quality is simply not there. It's primarily a tourist spot, and if you're a local, you quickly realize that the value for money isn't good. Frozen fish poorly prepared, small portions, and a hefty bill. I won't be going back.
5
I went with my girlfriend and we shared everything: from the appetizer, to the first course, to the fried dishes! How nice it is to share with another person. The place is small but that can also be an advantage (the waiters are always attentive). Everything is exclusively gluten-free, mostly fish dishes but also vegan options. What can I say: a paradise!
5
A restaurant with a welcoming and inclusive concept. I loved their fried dishes and the pastas. The raw materials and the careful and precise preparation, especially truly wonderful, absolutely justify the costs. A great reference!
5
very good product and worked just as well! the bread is something special. quite expensive, but it's worth it
1
Dishes served uncooked, from bread to tortelli. Fish nothing special, high price.
5
A small and intimate place but well taken care of in the details. We loved all the dishes we ordered, and my husband was particularly impressed by the quality of the gluten-free options. Thank you for making the necessity of eating gluten-free a pleasure for the palate. Highly recommended! 🥰
5
The paradise of Gluten Free cuisine! If you are celiac, you absolutely have to treat yourself to a meal in this place! A small but well-kept and clean venue, the girl at the reception is very kind! Generous and delicious portions! The fresh bread is amazing! The selection is very wide, including appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts! It's impossible to leave unsatisfied! We need a zero zero wheat in every city! Five super deserved stars!
4
A restaurant that is mostly gluten free. Here for a business lunch with a colleague who has celiac disease: the goal is not to feel heavy! So we opted for a taste of eggplant parmesan plus one dish each and... water. The place is soft and welcoming, small but original: it's better to book in any case, especially for groups larger than 4. Good service, quite delicious dishes. Medium-high prices (cover charge €3.5)
5
A very small place with a few tables on a little street in the city center. Gluten-free bread made by them is very good for being gluten-free, but compared to regular bread, it has a particular taste. Spectacular desserts (the babà is heavily loaded with rum, maybe slightly bitter). The coating of the fried foods is perfect (the croquettes are a bit salty but very tasty). Very nice and attentive staff.
5
A small and very cute place. The owner is beautiful, kind, and friendly! Everything is gluten-free and lactose-free!!! The food is delicious, from spaghetti with clams, fried dishes, to dessert🥰 excellent chef!!! I really hope you open in Rome🤞🏿❤️😊
5
The place is very close to the center of Naples and not too far from Via Toledo. The venue is small but really welcoming, the staff is kind and helpful, and the products are undoubtedly of excellent quality!!
5
One of the best gluten-free restaurants I have ever tried, definitely the best bread ever. Totally gluten-free, it offers a menu of slightly revisited Neapolitan cuisine; plenty of choices, but it also accommodates requests outside the menu. Cozy place, impeccable service, great food. We will return every time we are in Naples.
5
Amazing experience, we really ate well, welcoming, very kind, outstanding menu. The paccheri were sensational, but all the other dishes were just as good. Not to mention their bread, brought to the table still warm, fragrant, and crunchy. Really, you should try it.
4
In a side street off Via Toledo, there’s this restaurant completely dedicated to gluten-free food. A menu featuring traditional Neapolitan dishes and more, which are difficult to find for those with celiac disease.
5
I searched for gluten free foods in Naples and I'm really glad I found this place! I ordered way too much food for myself but I wanted to taste it all. If I'm ever back in Naples, I'll definitely come back
5
Top restaurant, small and welcoming. The food is excellent, a paradise for celiacs. The entire menu is gluten-free and lactose-free, with some vegan options as well. I absolutely recommend it!
3
Good food but I expected a bit better, the menu is not very wide.
5
If you are gluten free- whether intolerant or celiac- you MUST visit! A gluten free dedicated restaurant, all freshly made to order. A small restaurant located in a more quiet side street so you get to enjoy a moment away from the craziness. You get fresh bread to start and let me tell you - I have not tasted gluten free bread like that ever. I’ll dream of that bread!! My pasta was absolutely delicious. I dined solo and happily sat and enjoyed the moment that was enjoying such incredible quality gluten free food. THANK YOU. 👏🏼🙏🏼
5
Fantastic food and the best gluten free bread I've ever had. Sour-doughy, with a great airy texture and excellent crust. The arancino antipasti was a family favorite, and every dish we ordered was great. There are lactose free and vegan options, too.
5
A little paradise for those who are celiac and lactose intolerant; my girlfriend and I had a wonderful time, we ate really well, Emma served us impeccably, if you pass through Naples, it's a must-stop!
5
Restaurant dedicated exclusively to gluten-free cuisine with extremely friendly staff and delicious food that amazed even the rest of my non-celiac company. Truly exceptional experience.
5
Certainly not the first restaurant to eat at on a weekend in Naples. But this is only if you want to go traditional. The alternative I recommend you try is this little place just steps away from the Teatro San Carlo that offers a wide range of gluten-free and lactose-free dishes, yet still rich and flavorful. Even though it's small and has few seats, it's a welcoming spot to spend a pleasant evening.
5
Great!!! A very welcoming little restaurant just a few steps from the center, after an intense day in Naples it was a godsend to find a gluten-free restaurant! They were also very attentive to my other allergies, everything was lactose-free! We had a wonderful dinner, and they kindly prepared fresh fries for me, fried in a separate oil, which wasn’t requested but was very much appreciated, especially due to my tomato allergy. Everything was really delicious. The staff was extremely kind. We had also booked for lunch, but then we found ourselves on another side of Naples and it was impossible to reach Via Toledo by 2 PM, such a shame, I was really looking forward to trying another dish!!! I highly recommend it!

Today, on Easter Sunday, I went with my family to this gluten-free restaurant, traveling from Rome, only to be truly disappointed. The place is very, very small and full of people! The fried dish I ordered was inedible, with a strong smell and taste of reused oil. Then we ordered the first courses based on fish (frozen) in a place like Naples... unthinkable, almost raw...! We decided to not order anything else... P.S. Even the bread was raw! We asked for the bill... very expensive... for not having eaten anything good, the amount we paid was 73€!!!! Never again!!! When I asked if they had an Easter dessert, they replied that they had made pastiera until yesterday... but today, being Easter, they don't make it anymore...
5
Celiacs, vegetarians, lactose intolerant, this is the restaurant for us! You eat well, you don’t have to argue about the contents of the dishes, the owner is very kind and even gifted us homemade bread, the place is right in the city center. Very reasonable price, indeed... Highly recommended!
4
The restaurant inside is very nice. The service is impeccable. The food is very good and the recipes alternate between classic Neapolitan cuisine (but still with a touch of novelty for the gluten-free ingredients used) and innovation. Just a bit expensive for Naples..
2
A nice idea and I would love to reward it, but unfortunately our experience was not great. A meager serving of fried calamari for the excessive cost of 16 euros, a plate of tasteless pumpkin gnocchi. We left disappointed and hungry.
5
Okay, I am in love with this place. The safety is guaranteed and the menu is truly original! I will always come back because I want to try everything! Highly recommended!
5
My boyfriend and I discovered this restaurant by chance a few years ago; this place immediately caught our attention. Neither of us has gluten intolerance, but we decided to try it anyway, given the attractive dishes just from their appearance. Well, sometimes appearances can be deceiving, and this time it could only confirm!! With every bite, it's like taking a journey enriched by the perfect and well-studied pairings of each single ingredient. We want to thank all the staff for their warm welcome, kindness, and skill in their work, and also for enticing us so much that we can't wait to return. Impeccable also in respecting the anti-COVID rules. Top!!

The place is small but nice, everything is very new. The menu is quite varied and definitely commendable for a celiac, but some things need to be reviewed. We ordered: - an Italian mixed fried platter (2 small arancini, 3 potato croquettes, and 4 or 5 squares of fried polenta. The croquettes were the best, the polenta was very salty, and the arancini had just a bit of cheese inside... I would have liked to find some ragù or peas and salami. 7.50 euros - breaded and fried mozzarella medallions... we are literally talking about 3 small pieces of mozzarella breaded not very well and a bit cold. 6 euros - eggplant dome: the best thing among the appetizers, but like the others the portion was quite small. 6 euros For the first courses, we had fettuccine and homemade gnocchi. The fettuccine were good, cooked well and generously seasoned, definitely the best part of the dinner along with the bread (I believe homemade). The gnocchi were the biggest disappointment: a dish completely lacking in flavor. Both the gnocchi (actually gnocchetti) and the clam sauce. 12.50 each. Total bill 64.50 3 mini appetizer portions 19.50 euros 2 first courses, one completely tasteless 25 euros 2 glasses of white wine 12 euros 1 lt of still water 3 euros 2 covers 5 euros

Professionalism, kindness, hospitality Eduardo and Emma are two special people who love the work they do and convey it to the customers. The menus are delicious and not at all predictable, especially the vegan menu, which is very refined with combinations of flavors and plating at a level of a great chef. I recommend it to everyone, even to those who, not needing to eat gluten-free or being vegan, still want to try new flavors.
5
Having celiacs face an entire menu to choose from is already worth all the stars. I would define it a unique experience. Excellent and fresh food, cooked with care and refinement. Eating gluten-free doesn't mean eating tasteless food... try it to believe it!

4
Tasty dishes, small venue (a bit noisy but this depends on the customers) but it ensures a not too slow service. A negative note is the excessive cost of a bottle of water. It's cheaper to eat, and the food is very good, tasty, with dishes presented in a simple and pleasant manner. For those looking for gluten-free options, it's a place to visit. Compliments to the Chef and the staff.

Hidden among the alleys of Naples, yet very close to Piazza del Plebiscito. "Discovered" thanks to the excellent reviews that I feel fully support. The impact from the outside, I must be honest, was a bit disorienting: the place is very small and is located, as mentioned at the beginning, in one of the narrow and typical Neapolitan alleys. The impression is that tranquility is just a mirage. But just take the first step inside to immediately feel at ease: the room is very nice, airy despite the size, and the tables are well spaced. We ordered (my partner and I) a first and a second (the excellent fettuccine with Bronte pistachios, yellow cherry tomatoes, and shrimp is highly recommended), both tasty and well presented. The restaurant uses completely gluten-free ingredients, and I want to emphasize that the difference with the "ordinary" dishes is almost non-existent (perhaps only the rice flour used for the -excellent- fried fish may actually seem "different", but believe me, after the second bite, you hardly notice it). In conclusion, the experience at zero zero grano is highly recommended. Especially for those who, like my partner and me, are lucky enough not to have food intolerances. A small note on the prices of drinks and cover charge that seem off compared to those on the menu: I found them slightly (and I emphasize slightly) out of line and unfocused.
5
Finally a place where, if you are celiac, you can feel completely at ease. Small-sized venue but excellent food; even my boyfriend (who is not celiac) was pleasantly surprised. A must-try!!
3
A small, pleasant place, in a friendly atmosphere. All the proposals are nice for the celiac who is used to many sacrifices. It's a pity that compared to the beginning it has become very expensive. The fried fish has a disproportionate cost compared to what is contained in the dish.
5
Very good... Everything gluten-free.. Appetizers, first and second courses ending with a deconstructed baba with limoncello. Just like home!!
3
Everything gluten-free apparently made by them. Well-presented dishes, small portions. They also make gluten-free babà which is quite a challenge!!!! Unfortunately, prices are medium-high!
4
The restaurant is one of the few 100% gluten-free and lactose-free places in the center of Naples. Fresh homemade bread is always served, and the menu choices are quite varied, although there aren't many vegetarian options. We had bruschetta with mozzarella and various vegetables, and they were good, but the standout dish was the first course. These gnocchi with clams, zucchini flowers, and saffron were excellent. The prices are reasonable. Recommended!
5
Small and well-kept restaurant, intimate. Offers a good variety of gluten-free and lactose-free meat, fish, and vegetable dishes, a paradise for celiacs. Normal prices.
5
We had dinner here, my boyfriend and I, and he is indeed celiac. What can I say, the food was excellent and the prices were really fair. We spent 47€ for 2 appetizers, two main courses, water, plus the cover charge, of course. The bread made by them was really good. As someone who is not celiac, I can say that the difference is not noticeable.
5
Creative dishes of excellent quality and taste. A pleasant surprise to eat enough, from appetizer to dessert, but not feel heavy at all. The place is very intimate and family-like, the owner and her husband, the chef of the restaurant, are very attentive and friendly. An excellent experience even for me, who do not have celiac disease or food intolerances. Well done indeed!
1
Low quality food made me sick all night... not to mention this pseudo fried calamari for €12.50, which is a rip-off!!! I don't recommend it to anyone!!! I know it’s hard for us celiacs to find really good places, and when we find a place like this, it seems good to us, but believe me, it’s not!!! In Naples there are much better options!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED
5
Fantastic. Everything gluten-free. Absolutely everything is delicious. If you didn't know, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference with "glutinous" food. The bread made by them is truly delicious, never eaten anything so good. The restaurateurs are extremely kind. I absolutely recommend it.
