Pizzaioli Veraci Toledo offers a high-level Neapolitan culinary experience with an entirely gluten-free menu. The pizzas, light and tasty, and the fried dishes, delicious and gluten-free, also win over non-celiacs. The friendly and skilled staff makes the atmosphere even more welcoming.

Good, friendly, and fast
5
delicious pizza, perfect dough
1
Contrary to what is said in other reviews, I did not feel well at all and do not feel like recommending it. After eating their fried pizza, I felt terrible all day.
5
something extraordinary… 100% guaranteed… atomic gluten-free fried pizza, out-of-this-world regular gluten-free pizza. even those with no gluten intolerance were satisfied… magical
5
best pizza I've ever eaten
4
delicious gluten-free pizza, served quickly and I had no gut problems after so it's very safe. they had a very big variety of gluten-free pizzas so great for celiacs
5
The best pizza in Naples, guaranteed by a double wood-fired oven dedicated to it, fabulous
5
great pizza, AIC certification and everything separated. also gluten-free fried items (but not lactose-free)
4
Excellent pizza
5
As always, excellent food. A must-stop every time we come down!
5
delicious pizzas, super wide choice of gluten-free products. I recommend making a reservation.
5
Very good gluten-free pizza, among the best I've ever tried! Light dough and crust as per tradition, highly recommended. Almost the entire menu can have a gluten-free variant, including various fried foods, pizzas, etc. Dedicated separate oven.
5
little to say, sublime (a bit bland fried though, I said it)
5
Nothing to say, the best place for gluten-free.
4
Location situated along Via Toledo. Pizzeria that also offers gluten-free options with a covered outdoor area and tables inside on the upper floor. We ordered a frittatina, crocché, and pizza. The crocché was excellent, a bit cold inside, the frittatina lukewarm, not the best we've had in Naples but overall good. The pizza was excellent! The staff were very kind, and the service was fast and precise. The arrangement of the tables is a bit cramped, but considering it's in Via Toledo in the Spanish Quarters, I find it understandable. It’s definitely worth going! 💪🏻
5
Top-notch gluten-free and lactose-free pizza with meatballs... I realized at almost 40 years old that today I had the first real pizza of my life! Thank you fantastic pizza makers and thank you Naples❤️
5
great gluten-free pizza, wide selection of flavors, excellent value for money
4
Setting in a characteristic neighborhood. We cannot make a reservation, so we had to wait about twenty minutes. Gluten-free pizza was decent. Great variety of choices. Overall experience was average, without exceptional highlights, but still positive.
4
Good pizza and a wide variety of choices, 4 stars only because it didn't convince me 100%, but it is undoubtedly an excellent option for gluten-free.
5
We were in Naples and I had read the reviews of this place, which intrigued me a lot. We went on Saturday evening, the staff are very nice, they seated us right away and were very quick to bring our orders. I had an excellent thin pizza that looked like a real pizza, and I also had some delicious potato croquettes. The menu has a wide selection of gluten-free products, so I absolutely recommend this pizzeria because it really deserves it. From Bari, Alessia ✨❤️
5
Delicious pizza. Naples is a guarantee of taste and pleasure for everyone, even for those with celiac disease.
5
very good pizza
5
Very nice pizzeria and friendly staff. The menu has a lot of items you can request gluten-free because they are marked with a crossed-out spike. There are plenty of pizza flavors you can request gluten-free. Really special... finally no pre-cooked bases!! Dough made by them. No contamination issue because the gluten-free pizzas are cooked in a separate oven... I can only give it a 10 and recommend this pizzeria to everyone.
5
This pizzeria is always reliable with and without gluten. Top.
5
They have a separate kitchen and I tasted a very delicious gluten-free fried pizza!!!
5
The entire menu is also available gluten-free. The pasta omelette is delicious, just like the fried pizza.
5
the best pizza I have ever tasted, light and delicious. the atmosphere is cozy and the staff is kind and attentive, they serve gluten-free on a different plate and have a separate oven.
5
very kind staff, I tried the normal gluten-free pizza and the fried one, very good and light dough. really excellent!!
5
Pizza 🔝, among the best in Naples. Easy to digest and quality ingredients.
5
The most amazing gluten free pizza ever! Soft fluffy bases, delicious toppings and very filling. We ate here twice and the food was superb both times.
4
Good gluten-free pizza but not exceptional, a bit chewy and burnt. However, the ingredients are great and the dough is very digestible. Fast service.
5
It's located in the city center and was recommended to us by Neapolitans for pizza. When we arrived, we sat at the outdoor tables and I found out with great joy that they offer gluten-free pizza and beer. I've never had such a good gluten-free pizza in my life! It felt like eating a cloud of pizza dough with added buffalo mozzarella.... Special!! I recommend it, and if we return to Naples, it will be a fundamental stop for eating! Thank you and well done!
5
delicious fried pizza and superlative appetizers
5
Rich menu of gluten-free dishes! The pizza is amazing, super light, and very tasty. They also have a fantastic craft beer of their own production! Specific dishes for gluten-free. What can I say... a step forward. I recommend this lunch stop in Naples!!
5
They have a wide selection of gluten-free dishes, each one better than the last!
5
We chose this restaurant because they are AIC, the Italian Coeliac Association approved. There was a bit of a wait because they were super busy. Service was a little slow, again because they were full inside and outside. The gluten free pizza was amazing and super reasonably priced. Highly recommended for celiacs/coeliacs!!
5
delicious food and AIC emblem
5
I am celiac and I don't think I've ever eaten better pizza in my whole life, I recommend you go there, I practically had dinner only here on vacation. I can't wait to return!!
5
Gluten-free pizza with lactose-free mozzarella...really delicious...the best I've ever had
5
the best pizza I have ever eaten
5
They have many gluten-free options, very good pizzas, fabulous appetizers, and their own craft beer. The staff is very kind and helpful. Great location on Via Toledo. Definitely worth returning!
5

5
Delicious gluten-free pizza, very light dough. Gluten-free fried calamari just as good as the regular ones, if not better. The fried appetizers are out of this world. Friendly and pleasant staff. A casual yet well-maintained environment. I arrived with very high expectations and they were all met. Well done!
4
A place located in the center of Via Toledo that is AIC certified, cooking pizza for celiacs. The gluten-free and regular pizzas are really good, as well as the fried dishes. The service is a bit hasty and not too friendly, but given the number of people, it’s understandable. I definitely recommend it, especially for a quick stop and for friends who are celiac.
5
The absolute best gluten free pizza I have eaten anywhere!! The difference is that their gf dough is freshly made in-house before being fired with the best ingredients/toppings. It was amazing to get a genuine Napoli pizza experience even with my gluten intolerance. My partner also enjoyed their regular dishes - it was really a hit for everyone! So much so that we ate here three times in three days. A must try especially if you're GF!!
5
A guarantee with every visit! We have visited this pizzeria in Naples many times, both for lunch and dinner, and each time has confirmed: you truly eat well here! It’s not just a pizzeria—besides the pizzas (also gluten-free and delicious!), the menu offers a wide selection of appetizers, savory first courses, and second courses cooked with great care. There’s also a wide selection of draft beers and wines, perfect for accompanying every dish. The place is welcoming and characteristic, divided into three thematic rooms: Bella Napoli, San Gennaro, and the evocative Maradona room. For those seeking a romantic corner or a special moment, there are also delightful little balconies with tables for two that overlook via Toledo, providing a unique atmosphere in the beating heart of the city. The staff is always kind, attentive, and willing, making the experience even more enjoyable. It’s one of those places you always return to gladly, because you really feel at home. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, variety, and authentic Neapolitan hospitality!
5
Pizzeria associated with the Aic circuit. Excellent pizza, I didn't notice any differences between gluten-free and regular pizza; I've been gluten intolerant for a year. They have separate kitchens and ovens, fast service, and excellent ingredients. The menu is really extensive and offers pizzas, fried dishes, first courses, second courses, appetizers, and desserts. They also have gluten-free beer. It's definitely a great option for those who must eat gluten-free and find themselves in Naples. The service could certainly be improved, but one must also understand and sometimes be satisfied.
5
the best pizza I have ever eaten
5
delicious pizza highly recommended
3
Location in a central area, the pizza is good but not exceptional. Friendly staff and very fast service.
5
Gluten-free pizza among the best in Naples, almost the only ones who make gluten-free fried pizza!
5
Gluten-free pizza and fried foods, better than in Naples, decent service and fair prices.
5
The only ones we found that make fried pizza! Everything delicious and super nice.
5
pizza and super good dishes
5
Very good food, but it's a pity about the seating in the middle of the street.
4
Really excellent and light fried pizza... a lot of choices... friendly staff... fast service
5
Great place with many options for people with celiac disease. The menu clearly indicates choices with price differences if applicable. The pizza and fried foods are really very good. Staff is fast and friendly. Good prices.
5
certified AIC space pizzas and fried foods
5
Excellent fried sweet potatoes, the best ever
5
I was with my mom, both celiac. The pizza and calzone were delicious! The staff was very kind.
5
Neapolitan pizzeria with traditional dishes and genuine flavors. The gluten-free menu includes exquisite dishes identical to those with gluten. The staff is nice and helpful. The atmosphere is family-friendly and welcoming. It really deserves a visit.
5
gluten-free pizza is delicious, nothing to envy to the classic one
5
Appetizers, fried foods, and gluten-free pizzas. Everything is delicious.
4
The pizza is good, nothing to say! Even for celiacs, without pre-made dough but with a serious and digestible base. Excellent the tomato sauce used and also the mozzarella. Good dishes also regarding the frittatina! We will definitely return if we pass through Naples... the only downside is that making a reservation is pointless... you arrive and join the queue like everyone else... many even pass ahead of you despite just arriving. The pizza here is not cheap but it's worth coming, especially for those with intolerances.
5
Antipasti, pizza, and fried pizza, all gluten-free. DELICIOUS, fantastic staff. Highly recommended.
5
Best pizza in Naples, both gluten and gluten-free. Beautiful setting and equally great service. A real gem on Via Toledo. We started with a gluten-free potato croquette to share as a little starter before the pizza, which was really tasty and good. We continued with a gluten-free margherita pizza topped with buffalo and a classic dough, made with mozzarella base, sweet potatoes, and sausage, topped with their "Verace" sauce. Really great prices. A must-stop when in Naples.
5
Best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten! Friendly staff, very satisfied. Fried pizza is just as good as the one with gluten.
5
central location and really beautiful place, the staff is kind, helpful, and friendly, their pizza, even though gluten-free, is the best I've ever eaten!!
5
The location and service are great, but that's how it is and must be fully enjoyed. You can tell they are experts in gluten-free, and the gluten-free pizza is definitely the best I've tasted so far. Despite being gluten-free, they have retained the same style, flavor, and taste of classic Neapolitan pizza. Highly recommended!
5
Very good
5
The best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten. I couldn't even believe it was gluten-free just by looking at it. Identical to the gluten-filled one, both in taste and appearance.
5
The best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten. I couldn't even believe it was gluten-free just by looking at it. Identical to the gluten-filled one in both taste and appearance.
5
fantastic gluten-free pizza!! .... despite the cleanliness not being among the best
5
I went to Naples for the first time and came to this pizzeria after reading countless positive reviews. When my pizza arrived, I couldn't believe it was gluten-free! It's delicious, light, digestible, and made with quality ingredients! The dough is truly excellent, the best I've ever tasted! I went back three times during my vacation in Naples and also tried the fried items, which were really amazing! Zero contamination, there is an oven completely dedicated to gluten-free, and you can choose practically the entire menu gluten-free, including pasta and main courses! It's a paradise for someone with celiac disease, I recommend it to everyone.
5
The entire menu is also gluten-free, DOUBLE KITCHEN! I've tasted, on several occasions: pasta frittatas, croquettes, and Neapolitan pizza. Highly recommended for both attention to gluten-free options and its central location. It’s always very crowded, but the service is efficient.
5
From appetizers to fried pizza, almost the entire menu is available gluten-free!! According to Neapolitan tradition, the dough is soft and thick, and the prices are more than fair for being on one of the main tourist streets.
5
Delicious pizza and pasta fritters, they don't even seem gluten-free! Super friendly staff.
5
Delicious Gluten-Free Fried Pizza and not greasy at all
4
Very good pizza, I tried the open pizza and a Vesuviana, and both were very good.
3
The place is located right in the center on one of the busiest streets in Naples, Via Toledo. The atmosphere is very characteristic, and the staff is super helpful. The pizza, in my case gluten-free, was good but nothing exceptional; I have had better. A serious flaw, at least for me, is that for the second time they had run out of lactose-free mozzarella, and I had to settle for a marinara that I don't really like.
5
After reading many reviews about Gluten Free as a celiac, I chose to have dinner with my family in this place, I couldn't have made a better choice. Gluten Free pizza was nothing short of fantastic, I have never eaten such good pizza! But also panzerotti, french fries, etc. Availability of indoor and outdoor seating, well-prepared, fast and always attentive staff. Fair quality/price ratio. Compliments for everything really, highly recommended! I can't wait to return...
4
I had dinner on a small balcony overlooking Via Toledo, which already justified the choice.. the interiors were a bit so-so.. two ovens, which helps build trust.. the pizza was a bit undercooked but I'm not having trouble digesting it.. the fried food was dry and pleasant.. all in all, I could go back.. not bad!
5
very good gluten-free pizza. also fried pizza a delight
3
I preface that gluten-free pizza is really very good and they also make gluten-free fried pizza which is incredibly delicious. However, I gave three stars because the pizza makers may be genuine, but the staff is not the best in terms of courtesy and friendliness. I understand that everything is subjective, but both my wife and I didn't feel very welcome from that point of view. I also understand that working in service isn't easy and that sometimes tourists can be unpleasant, but at the same time, I expect more kindness and availability from those who take care of customers. After this little vent, I add that I had the gluten-free craft beer “desnuda,” which is certainly not the best for an ale that costs seven euros. In summary, I would say you eat well but it's more comfortable outside. Perhaps takeout could be the right choice.
5
Everything was really delicious, from the pizza to the fried foods. During my trip to Naples, I came here several times because it truly deserves it!
5
I went to Naples after many years and ate Neapolitan pizza for the first time at Pizzaioli veraci on Via Toledo: I believe I am not exaggerating when I say that I feel like I have never had pizza before, because in 26 years I have never tasted something so good and, by the way, so light. My best compliments to this pizzeria, which is also reasonably priced. It’s hard to describe what this pizza is. We went there last night and liked it so much that we returned for lunch today. They also offer gluten-free beer and desserts. I felt like I was living a dream. At least once in your life you should go there! The photos speak for themselves.
5
It is an AIC certified venue and has the entire menu in a gluten-free version. The fried dishes are fantastic and the pizza was really good. There are always quite a few people, they do not take reservations, but it must be said that the service is fast.
5
Located in the Spanish Quarters.... the entire menu is available gluten-free... including fried items. What can I say..... a dream
5
Exceptional food, super kind and helpful waiters! I will definitely return.
5
I went to Naples with my girlfriend, I am celiac and she is lactose intolerant, we ate at the guys' place twice, the first time when they brought me the pizza I thought it wasn't real!! The dough was amazing, a REAL Neapolitan pizza! WELL DONE! P.S. they put lactose-free mozzarella on my girlfriend's pizza.
5
the best pizza I have ever tried
5
Here, gluten-free pizza has no rivals, it has excellent quality, try it fried as well. Prepared staff, easily recognizable dishes, and AIC-certified products. Affordable prices, the only drawback is that, given the influx of customers, there might be a bit of a wait, but I assure you it’s worth it.
5
Excellent pizza in the center of Naples... very high quality of products, perfect and fast service!!! Great choice of dishes for celiacs... from appetizers to pizza, including fried options. We ordered 3 pizzas (one gluten-free), 3 fried appetizers (one gluten-free), and one fried montanara gluten-free + drinks!!! Total 20€ per person... excellent quality-price ratio!!! I will definitely return ❤️

Pizzaioli Veraci is a very nice and characteristic pizzeria. I went there with my family and we tried several pizzas; the pizza is quite good. I had the gluten-free one and I can say it’s much better compared to many others I’ve had in other pizzerias. The others were also good, but the baker should pay a bit more attention to the cooking, which is why I gave 3 stars. Also, a bit more care about the cleanliness of the place would be appreciated. The staff is very kind and friendly. A tip for the waiters is to always have a piece of paper with you to note down the orders so as not to forget the things that are requested 😉.
3
Napoletana pizzeria on Via Toledo. The interior is very beautiful, evoking Naples and its people. The pizza is like a classic Neapolitan: soft dough, slightly high and soft crust. However, I expected a true traditional pizza with a nice puffy, airy crust. Some photos are misleading, and what is presented on Instagram is far from reality. All in all, it’s a good pizza, and the ingredients used are of excellent quality. The trio of fried pasta is nothing exceptional; I've had better. Prices range from €5 to €12 for pizzas. Trio of fried pasta €7.5. Friendly and helpful staff with both tourists and locals. Pizza also gluten-free!
5
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, gluten-free food is excellent.
5
Had an excellent gluten-free pizza. Friendly and approachable staff typical of Naples. Complete gluten-free menu. Highly recommended!! They are also AIC certified.
4
Pizza and dining are very good. We went back twice in a row.
5
Finally, I found a real pizza after such a long time! Even my boyfriend, who is not gluten intolerant, said that he can hardly tell the difference from regular pizza. The frittatina is also excellent!
5
excellent pizza. light and airy dough. one of the best I've ever tasted. delicious gluten-free fried items and tasty pasta fritters.
5
Pizza that is nothing short of amazing...beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. The best gluten-free pizza I have ever had. The regular one is also excellent. Highly recommended.
5
Location in one of the alleys facing via Toleto, just a few meters from the gallery. The fried pizza is excellent and also the authentic one... courtesy and kindness of the staff... very efficient. Price in line with what we have eaten. The gluten-free pizza is also good.
5
very good pasta, it digests very well! There are also gluten-free fried foods!

NEVER AGAIN, DIRECTOR RUDE I had lunch with my family on my name day, the Director takes orders with a tablet. I mention that I have celiac disease, ask for spaghetti with mussels and inquire about the pasta brand. He, annoyed, replies BARILLA and only two types of pasta: spaghetti or penne. I order penne, then after a moment reconsider and ask him to modify the order to spaghetti with clams. His response in dialect: NOW I'M TAKING THIS THING THAT IS, THE TABLET OR I'LL THROW IT IN THE MIDDLE, THIS IS THE THIRD TIME YOU MAKE ME CHANGE. 1) You are not talking to your sister. 2) I am a customer, you should always be kind and patient, otherwise, you should change jobs. We didn't leave because it was late, but that was the thing to do; I was disappointed even with the first course clams with sand and overcooked spaghetti. I was already in this place in May: I ate well, great pizzas, and very kind waiters, but unfortunately after the behavior of the Director today, I’m done with PIZZAIOLI VERACI VIA TOLEDO.
5
My boyfriend is celiac, and it seemed like a challenge to find a place that made really good pizza for him, too. Boom, we found it on the first try. We got two pizzas to go. Mine, with regular dough, was fabulous, soft, and the smell of the tomato was truly intoxicating. He said it was one of the best he's ever had. I thought I would have to spend a lot given the prices we are used to, and instead, €14 for two pizzas seems like a really fair price. I recommend this place to everyone looking for gluten-free pizza.
