My 11 yr old daughter was diagnosed with Coeliacs out of the blue 2 years ago following a type 1 diabetes diagnosis also. We assumed that fish and chips was largely off the menu especially when you live in Gosport and there aren’t many restaurants that cater for Gluten free. So when we initially discovered this fish and chip shop that cook their chips separately from the fish we were delighted. Last night she got to have a battered sausage and fish for the first time since she was diagnosed. She said it was delicious and it was genuinely the crunchiest batter ever. Thank you for making her so happy!
