Tried the Gott's Soft Serve inside the Ferry Building. The chocolate dip is delicious - a super thin crunchy shell! We also tried the oatly ice cream and loved it - it's a perfect treat for the lactose intolerant (like me). You can definitely taste the oat milk but I personally like the extra flavour. Minus one star because the cashier was rushing us while placing our order (even though they weren't busy) which put a damper on the experience.

Pretty tasty soft serve, lacking a bit in variety of flavors besides vanilla and chocolate but they do have oat milk versions for the lactose intolerant! Quick and efficient service, reasonable prices (for SF standards), would come back if they had more different flavors. I got the salted caramel and it was just right, not too sweet and great texture.
