Well worth the wait. The staff was helpful, the food was delicious! Especially impressed by the gluten free options .

Even though they state gluten free. BEWARE!!! Tested very exposed one week later. Felt awful after eating a third of muffin and chocolate chip cookie . If it is not dedicated, don’t risk it!

One of the best gluten free bakery selections in the city (and of course, plenty of regular baked goods). I've been multiple times and tried the GF bagels, muffins, cookies and other pastries. Line can be long but moves fast. I really appreciate how Mindy's varies the flavors and puts as much effort and creativity into the 2-3 gluten free items as the rest of the baked goods. There's always something new to try and get excited about. The strawberry danish is truly the only time I've had something resembling good, flaky pastry in 8 years of being gluten free. Bravo!

I drove from Dayton to Chicago to visit family. I learned that Mindys was within long walking distance from their apartment. It was definitely worth the trek. There was a good gluten free selection for my aunt. She eat the chocolate muffin and couldn't tell it was gluten free. Same for the strawberry danish and gf bagel . My wife likes croissants. She was amazed how beautiful her croissant was. The taste was also great buttery flavor. I rounded out with 2 bialy. A good onion smell and a great taste. 5 of us shared a great breakfast this morning. C.M. recommended this place for me.

When Mindy bakes a batch just for you 😍. Hold up, if you haven’t yet stoped by Mindy’s bakery you should run not walk because there is a bite for everyone from incredible breakfast bites to sweet delights. You simply can’t go wrong. AND, for those who are celiac, there are some special treats tho you may have to order ahead some of them. Thank you Mindy !!

Mindy’s has become a favorite of mine. Their gluten free treats are some of the best I’ve ever had - they put just as much care and creativity into the gf pastries as the normal ones which is rare. The employees also offer to change their gloves when packaging a gluten free order. The gf bagels are divine and I buy them frozen to eat over weeks and they keep super well. It’s also extremely well priced for the quality of the food.

Got here right at open and there was still a line out the door. Super tasty pastries. Would recommend for gluten free friends- lots of options
