Their bread is really different and the owner has a passion for what he offers. The sandwiches are delicious!

As a celiac, I really appreciate this place. I live in Mass but drive out to NY periodically and always try to stop here for one of there amazing sandwiches. The rolls are great. We always get some to go. Would highly recommend for anyone avoiding gluten. Others in my family also enjoy it even though gluten isn't an issue for them.

My wife was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 20 years ago and my 15 year old daughter has been gluten free since birth, so we are always looking for gluten free options. When I saw Gluten Free Oasis, I knew we needed to check it out. We all got breakfast sandwiches, and they were excellent. The gluten free cheese bread was delicious. Because it is a dedicated gluten free facility, my wife didn't have any of her normal fears about cross contamination. I personally do not normally eat gluten free, but the food here was so delicious I would gladly eat here anyway on my own. The only downside we had was that we were unaware it was only a takeout counter, so ended up eating our sandwiches in my car. However, this was just my own lack of knowledge, and is in no way a negative against the business, which I think is top rate. Great food at a very reasonable price. If you want a gluten free breakfast or lunch sandwich to take away and enjoy, this is a definite place you should try out! Unfortunately, I live nowhere near the Gluten Free Oasis. However, I am in the area a couple of times a year, as it is down the street from my favorite record store. Whenever I take my record buying trip to Brookfield, I will be sure to pop in here for a bite to eat.

Just tried the brazilian cheese bread rolls and they're incredible. I cannot wait to go back and try a sandwich with this bread! I hear the pizza crusts are amazing, too.

Cute little spot for quick lunch, especially if you are avoiding gluten. Freshly baked bread, rolls and can also purchase same items frozen and bake at home. Good choice of sandwiches and salad. Owner is a very nice guy as well.
