We have a ton of allergies in my family. We worked out a whole plan for a wonderful duck cake that seemed to fill all allergy needs. After all this work I learned my daughter-in-law- the Honoree- needed to also be low glycemic. WE had to throw all our plans away and start fresh. In the end we got adorable and very delicious cupcakes with duck adornment, that fit all the food parameters! We also got some very delish cherry bars. People loved the desserts. And I got some phenomenal gluten free whoopie pies all for me and my elderly mother. Thanks for the wonderful job, Dee's!!

This bakery is fantastic, and has a great selection - cookies, cakes, donuts, cupcakes, dessert bars, bread, rolls, pastries, homemade soups, gf pasta, and so much more! It rivals any "regular" bakery- the items are high quality and delicious. There are several cases full of goods, and fridges/freezers with gf pizza, pasta, soups, ect. The poppy seed dinner rolls were the best ever- very fluffy, a rare find for gluten-free. I ordered a custom cake for a special birthday, with delicious peppermint frosting and fresh, decadent layers. I followed the helpful instructions taped to the box: handled the cake with care and let warm to room temp- it sliced easily and cleanly. Yes, it was a little too tall for the box so they used cling wrap. Not a problem, more cake=happy people Prices are very good for quality, gluten free food. No worries about cross contamination, and they are clear about which items contain eggs. Visit this bakery!
