Great hotel with many services (sauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool, heated children’s pool, mini-golf, kids' area, tennis court), friendly and helpful staff, good prices, recommended. AIC certified so even those with celiac disease can enjoy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners peacefully, which is not a given, quite the opposite!

I have known this hotel for many years and, on several occasions, I have been their guest, also because they have a wonderful gluten-free kitchen. Gluten-free, moreover, is the reason why, even when I don't stay at the property, I stop by to taste their gluten-free strudel, which my wife and daughter, both celiac, are crazy about. At the end of August last year, instead, taking advantage of the exquisite kindness and hospitality of the Weiss Family, I stayed for dinner. What can I say: as always, the food is simply WONDERFUL! I would like to add that the hotel is located in a strategically important position in Val Venosta (between Merano and Naturno); it has a spacious and easily accessible parking lot; a large and welcoming lobby; a wonderful garden where there is not only a nice mini-golf course, but also a well-equipped swimming pool; spacious, comfortable, and spotless rooms; wonderful cuisine; and, as already mentioned, the exquisite courtesy and friendliness of the Weiss Family. These circumstances lead me to assert that this hotel "is a four-star hotel disguised as a three-star hotel"!!! I STRONGLY SUGGEST.

Welcoming and kind. The hotel is very clean, the cuisine is fantastic. What I appreciated the most was that all the exquisite dishes offered were naturally gluten-free for all guests. This way, no celiac feels "different" and everyone truly shares the same food. The spectacular gluten-free bread made in-house by the same chef at the hotel. A delightful experience.
