Easily one of the best gluten free pizzas we’ve ever had. The crust and overall quality was incredible. Even more so, the vibe of the restaurant was great with an excellent, helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Gluten free thin crust pizza! A wood fired pizza oven producing two of the yummiest pizzas we ever had, the prosciutto & mushroom and the four cheese. We stumbled upon this gem after being turned away by a nearby gluten free burger place for not having a reservation! Who knew that burger restaurants needed reservations? Turns out Bastardi was also fully reserved but they had some walk in tables to accommodate our group of three. A warm welcome on a cold Madrid night! For a celiac or anyone who loves pizza this place is a must!

The food was absolutely fantastic especially the gluten-free pizza, which was honestly on par with, if not better than, any pizza I’ve had in Italy. Finding genuinely great gluten-free pizza is rare. We went last night to celebrate my birthday, and the whole experience felt really special from start to finish. The service was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed. We were also incredibly lucky to get a table last minute. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday dinner.

The food here is amazing! Gluten free but you honestly wouldn’t know it! The pizza dough is amazing. I’ve been to Italy multiple times and this actually beats it! The d pizza has the perfect crisp to it. We had the truffle and the diávolo and both were outstanding. The tiramisu was amazing aswell. Definitely be back!

I don’t normally write online reviews but had to make an exception for this wonderful restaurant. 100% gluten free and safe for coeliacs. Food was sensational, so tasty and fantastic value. Warm and friendly service. Whether you need to eat gluten free or not I’d highly recommend if you’re in Madrid
