A bar catering exclusively to celiac sufferers. They are meticulous about cross-contamination. It looks like a regular bar, but they prepare everything without any risk of cross-contamination. They offer gluten-free bread and adapt some specific dishes, such as pasta, which they make fresh to order. They also bake the bread on the spot. The staff is very attentive. The grilled chicken and the Iberian pork cut are spectacular, and the homemade fries are a real treat. For dessert, among other things, they have gluten-free ice cream cones and Contesa (a type of almond cake). The daily set menu is €14, including drinks.
