There's always some ingredient missing. I paid for a meal and drink to order what they offer, which are the complete pizzas with stuffed crusts, and I was told they only have thin crust. However, for home delivery customers or those who order in a different way, they do have stuffed crusts. If you're going to offer a product and don’t have it, don’t charge the same price or don’t offer it at all. Poor management. And the employee Melisa was rude and made bad faces, refusing to serve us, while Ana was very nice and understood the situation better. THE BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOOD AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM - DIFFERENT OUTCOMES. I’m updating two weeks later. Nothing has changed. Last week when I came, there were no sodas to refill, and today they still don’t have dough to make normal pizzas or those with stuffed crusts—only thin ones. So I’m very sorry, but this will be my last visit to this place, and I’m a regular who comes at least once, if not more, a week. This is intolerable.
