The gluten-free pizza for my friend with allergies was only available in an individual size and only with options of 3 toppings. That's fine, they sell what they sell even if the offers are discriminatory against my friend with her condition, but the guy at the store when I called was uncooperative and didn't want to listen to my questions, just repeating a thousand times that he couldn't do anything (not even ask for more with him) since I had ordered through Just Eat.

The other day I went to dinner with my cousins, one of my cousins is celiac. We ordered the premium eat and drink, but my cousin can't eat most of the pizzas there. A blonde girl with braids was very unpleasant to us and told us that we all had to pay the same, then she was given an exception, which was to charge her €9 for a small gluten-free pizza and a drink. On top of that, she said she would be monitoring her so that she wouldn't eat anything, I find that terrible. Besides all these things, the appetizers were brought to us after the pizzas. We had to go ask for them again because we thought they had forgotten, it took a long time. Also, when we asked for them they told us there were no wings or garlic and cheese bread. When I went to order another round, they said that the medium pizzas had to be thin crust and they couldn't put cheese in the edges (or they didn't want to make them). And lastly, when we were going to ask for water or something it seemed to bother them. All the other girls were nice and polite, but the behavior of this girl is unacceptable. In summary, WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS DOMINO'S.

Yesterday I went to dinner with my cousins and there was a rude blonde girl with us. We wanted to order the premium eat and drink for 10; we were 11, the other person was celiac and couldn't eat the same as us. At first, she told us that if we were at the same table, everyone had to pay the same. After a while talking to her, she said she could make an exception and could give a small gluten-free pizza and a soda for 9€, but she would keep an eye on her to ensure she didn't eat anything with gluten, unbelievable. It seems like a scam to me since the pizza was tiny and they served it burnt. She treated us poorly that we even asked for the complaint form and they didn’t want to give it. We were uncomfortable throughout the dinner because if it wasn’t one thing, it was another, first the gluten-free issue, then they brought the pizzas before the starters, we had to remind them twice... anyway... The other girls who attended us were very nice and charming, but this girl's attitude was honestly something to think about. WE WILL NOT RETURN!!

We have been eating there, 4 people with the eat and drink promo, and it was quite good, the truth is that the only thing I didn't like and why I don't give it 5 stars is that they didn't have high chairs for babies, which really makes life easier, and there are very few options for gluten-free pizzas. We asked if we could change ingredients at our own risk, and they said no. Anyway! We will be back.

The gluten-free margherita pizza (18cm) is getting more burnt and more expensive each time. I have to stop ordering it here. I don't know how Face gives it the thumbs up.

I am very sorry to have to rate with only 1 star, because the truth is I have always been well attended, and the food is good; what is unacceptable is that a regular customer who has been buying from the place for years is treated so poorly. We called to place an order 20 minutes before the closing time indicated on Google, today (01/11/2021) and the girl who answers directly says 'we are closed' and hangs up on us, with a quite unpleasant tone, after a couple of attempts where she didn’t pick up the call. A little politeness and cordiality is all we ask for as customers, after all, thanks to us these people have jobs. Poor customer service is intolerable; people like this should not work in public-facing roles. There are many people willing to work with a smile on their face and treat customers well who are unfortunately unemployed, while people like this girl, without education, hold a steady job. I am going to make a complaint; these things keep happening because we ignore them, and I hope that necessary measures are taken to prevent this from happening again.
