Terrible service. I chose this pizzeria to place an order because it has gluten-free options and I ordered online. I had arranged to meet with others to pick up the pizzas and have dinner together, but after a while, the restaurant called me to say that they were canceling my order because they were out of gluten-free dough. We wouldn't have decided to go there had we known, so I feel deceived.

Home delivery order of pizzas with vegan cheese due to having a lactose intolerant person, what was our surprise? The taste was like the cheese was spoiled, yet we nibbled on some pizza since we had no alternative, and perhaps it was our palate that, by saying it was bad, we were under suggestion... Well, out of the 3 people who ate, all 3 of us spent the night in the bathroom with severe stomach pains and horrible diarrhea. I called to report it and ask for explanations, and they ignored me. I don’t want to deal with complaints or stories that lead nowhere with lawyers and stuff, but at least I’m stating it here in case anyone else has experienced something similar so they can know it’s not an isolated case. And of course, they have lost some good customers for playing with health. It’s a shame they treat people like this without caring in the slightest...
