Today, for the first time in my 32 years, and having eaten Domino's since I can remember, I had to file a complaint. I don’t even want to write about the treatment I received here from the "supposed manager" who didn’t have a pen for the complaint form, when I asked for a copy she said she couldn’t give me one, and above all this, the place was empty... I TELL HER I AM ALLERGIC, I HAVE ANAPHYLAXIS, IT'S NOT AN INTOLERANCE! IT'S AN ALLERGY, I COULD DIE....... she serves me the pizza however she wanted, even after repeating it 20 times. I work next door... 1-hour wait, super unpleasant, my boss had to come out because the situation was terrible. What a shame!

Disrespectful staff, celiacs cannot eat with the eat and drink promotion according to the man who attended us, named Miguel. We had to file a complaint because they refused to serve us more sides paying the 2 euros more that corresponded per person. To top it off, we had to call the police because he refused to put the corresponding stamp on the complaint. A disaster. If you are celiacs, don't even go, it's a shame.
