We went out for a family dinner. At first, we paid for 10 "eat and drink" because we have a small girl and another 13-year-old who has gluten issues. When the pizzas arrived, the girl counted the people, took the little girl, measured her, and said that due to one cm we had to pay to avoid any issues. We ended up paying for 2 more "eat and drink". We ordered two rounds of pizza, and on the third round, the girl named NEREA told me she couldn't serve me more and asked for the ticket, which she herself didn't want to give me at the beginning of the purchase. I later demanded it from her! I then asked her how many pizzas I could get with 12 "eat and drink" and SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T KNOW (if she, who works there, doesn't know). Who does? I find it very unfair that they ruined the end of my Saturday like this! I asked for her name BECAUSE SHE WASN'T WEARING A NAME TAG!!! In the end, we had to leave without finishing our dinner. THIS IS NOT FAIR; they have this option for a reason, so if they can't handle it, take it off the menu and properly inform each employee so they can inform the customer.

The cashier was terrible, she didn’t give us any boxes, or napkins, nor did she ask if we wanted thin, thick, or how we wanted our crust. On top of that, we ordered the eat and drink special, one of which was gluten-free, and the crust was uncooked. Besides, you have to cut it with a plastic knife that doesn’t cut anything, and you had to keep asking the cashier for everything because she didn’t give us anything. Also, the place is tiny, and the barbecue pizza barely had any barbecue sauce. But it’s true that they take little time to bring the pizzas.

I was eating yesterday, June 7, 2025, and we witnessed how poorly a sales assistant treated some boys who came to celebrate one of their birthdays. Apparently, one of them wasn’t going to eat due to lactose intolerance. They informed the assistant, and she immediately started making excuses. The boys said that if she didn't trust that he wouldn't eat, they would sit inside the establishment so she could check... still, the assistant began to speak to them rudely, kicking them out of the place and the boys asked for the complaint forms. She refused to give them, shouting at them the whole time, and they had to leave without eating.

Fatal service, ordered pizza without mushrooms and they brought it with, they don't care about intolerances/allergies, I will avoid ordering from this chain again and, if you want advice, avoid it at all costs, it's better to buy one from the supermarket
