It's a shame that the gluten-free pizza is the size of a hand and more expensive than the gluten pizzas. Moreover, it takes forever to deliver the pizza, and when it arrives, the sauce is wrong. Never again.

De vergüenza ajena, hago un pedido on line, nunca había tenido problemas y a los cinco minutos me llaman de la tienda que se han equivocado y cancelado el pedido pero que es un error , que ya lo están preparando. Al rato viene el repartidor y trae pizzas que no hemos pedido, habíamos pedido en mitades y nos trajeron enteras la mitad de lo pedido. Llamo para reclamar y me dicen que el pedido figura así, cuando en la aplicación está todo correcto,yo notengo culpa que un señor cancela el pedido por error. Me comentan que ahora lo traen después de dejar en espera varios minutos y repetir hasta la extenuación lo que era. Me dicen que ahora traen las que son y que eso si se van a llevar las que trajeron Después de una hora llega un señor de malas maneras diciendo que antes de dar las pizzas que se les den las otras y que no falte ni un cacho después de lo ocurrido,es vergonzoso e intolerable,meteos por donde os quepa las pizzas,al cliente hay que tratarlo como es debido. Parecía un matón en vez de un repartidor,no hay derecho, para colmo trajeron las pizzas bastante mejorables e incompletas. Habéis perdido un cliente de 60€ al mes o más mínimo ,enhorabuena. No voy a comprar en Domino's jamás y no me contestéis este comentario con lo sentimos esperamos volver a atender porque jamás volveré A mí me daría vergüenza que el 98% de reseñas sean tan negativas pero como no la tenéis...

My daughter was there with some friends and the behavior of the girls who run this place was deplorable. They were unfriendly, rude, and I would say they are scammers. They ordered ham and cheese pizza and were told that only gluten-free was available. If the pizzas and dough are made there...and what sells the most is the regular dough, no one believes that there was only gluten-free. They pushed that on them because they needed to get rid of it, not because there wasn't regular dough. They charged them more, and when they asked for water (something they are legally required to provide), they were very rude and made a lot of excuses. I do not recommend going to this establishment on Manchester, No. Las Rosas in Madrid.

They hardly had any drinks, we were waiting half an hour for the pizzas and the manager comes saying there are no gluten-free pizzas and he can make it with "thin crust," when that's directly gluten and it is reportable how he would have brought it to me like that, and after 5 minutes he comes back saying that there are some. Very incompetent and they look at you with bad faces afterwards.

If I could, I would give zero stars. The experience was terrible. Honestly, 45 minutes to serve a pizza is outrageous, not to mention that the drink had to be served only when the pizza was on the table (also, it was excessively hot in the establishment). Anyway, after repeatedly going to the counter to ask for our drinks, we were told they would come when the pizzas were ready. The table was disgusting. The best part was that after all this ordeal, the gluten-free pizza arrived with little cheese (I had noted in comments to use little cheese); surprisingly, my pizza, which I ordered with cheese, had less cheese than the gluten-free one. In short, don't go if you're in a hurry, because the estimated time to eat is 45 minutes to an hour.
