Unforgivable! I have my sick celiac daughter because of you. You make gluten-free pizza just because you put a label on it at the end. After waiting 1 hour on Friday, January 31st, a damn hour! The gluten-free pizza arrives without the protective oven box, with some wheat semolina inside the box, and also uncooked. Train your people for goodness' sake on allergens instead of sealing it yourselves so they don't waste hours of work! They supported the pizza along with the others, and I’m not talking about cooking them because I didn’t see the oven, but there was wheat semolina mixed in with your dough, it’s unbelievable. You have nice but incompetent staff, don’t take more orders if you can’t manage it, there were 15 people outside waiting. The feeling of being a beggar. I ordered online and you have my name, check the orders but forget about having me as a customer.

Last Saturday we made a super order of 32 medium pizzas, several of them special (gluten-free, cheese-free). We had ordered them a few days earlier with the responsible manager Zabi, who noted everything down correctly. We picked them up at the confirmed time of 21:30 (we understand there were more orders coming in). They were all there, without any confusion, well cut as we requested, hot, and on time. Thank you for this professionalism, I was honestly worried there might be some mishap as there were 64 people waiting for this large order. Thank you for everything. If we have another super party, we will count on you. Personally, I will continue going to this place, as we always do. Thanks to your whole team from my side, who prepared the order perfectly that night, my compliments.
