More than 35 minutes waiting, in addition to the 15 courtesy minutes they say it takes to make the pizzas. Waiting and being given the runaround, without even acknowledging that my order had been misplaced. The person in charge did not show up. One of the pizzas was gluten-free, and I can only say that they have no protocol in place to avoid contamination. Very unprofessional, it's a shame.
