Attention, very rude and unprofessional people! Gluten-free options are terrible; vegetables don't contain gluten, corn etc. float and so on! What a disaster of a place!

We ordered two vegetarian pizzas and one of them came with real pepperoni instead of vegetarian. I called super worried because one of the diners has a food allergy, and the girl who answered me (Ana María, she said) told me it wasn't a big deal. I told her that food allergies are no joke and could poison someone, to which she laughed and said, "well, poison...". She then put us "on hold" and started talking about us, mocking with her coworker and laughing about our "allergy". Next, she told us that they would send another pizza, and considering the laughter allergies seem to give them, I said no, I wanted my money back. She mentioned that they would have to send someone to pick up the pizza to check if we hadn't eaten it. We're still waiting. It's all ridiculous. If you have food allergies, lactose intolerance, are vegetarian, vegan, or on any other restrictive diet, NEVER order from Domino's—they are playing with your health and even laugh at you to the point that you end up crying from helplessness. We have ordered a thousand times from decent pizza delivery places like Papa John's or Telepizza and this has never happened to us before.

We ordered a vegetarian pizza and received a meat pizza instead. When we called the store to complain, they didn’t seem to care much. They told us they would refund our money, but their attitude was quite arrogant, and they didn’t apologize. The response was "well, it’s no big deal." It is a big deal; people have serious intolerances, and you can't respond like that to a customer you almost poison. Oh, and every time we order through the app, it says "order completed" 15 minutes before it arrives. I know you have targets to meet as a franchise, but I always think maybe the pizza was delivered elsewhere. On top of that, you call and are left on hold for ages. I won't be ordering from here again.

There was no feeling from the beginning. I asked him if he could give me a glass because we were in the middle of a heatwave and I saw that the workers were taking a glass without any problem, but he told me no and that I had to pay $2.09 in cash... honestly, the 9 cents felt like a joke, but I was very thirsty and had to pay it. Then I asked him if they used palm oil for cooking and he said no... just minutes after leaving the pizza on the tray, it was leaking like when Willy the whale jumps, see the picture. So nothing, obviously it made me feel terrible due to my intolerance and on top of that they don't have a bathroom, I had to run like a velociraptor to the Wizink which is 1km away to be able to go to the bathroom. The truth is that the night didn't go as I had in my head and everything started at this point.

I have intolerances to lactose, fructose, sorbitol, and gluten. Today I came back and ordered a gluten-free pizza with little sauce and little cheese. The first one they brought was loaded with tomato sauce and cheese. I ate it, thus exceeding my tolerance limit (taking my pills to mitigate any possible damage). We ordered another one, reminding them of my intolerances and asking them to put little sauce and little cheese, but in small amounts. My face when I saw a crust with ham and bacon on top was one of "are they kidding me". I think they should have more competent staff, especially when dealing with dietary issues that could send you to the hospital.
