We specifically went to have dinner there because it is one of the chains with the best gluten-free pizzas in terms of quality - price, as it is one of the few places where these doughs are not like a piece of paper. We ordered two pizzas, one normal and one gluten-free. They took forever to bring out the normal one, and when we saw that the gluten-free one didn't come, we waited a bit to see if they would bring it out or not. When we asked, they told us that they had run out of gluten-free pizza dough, which, as you can understand, angered us because NAAAAAADIE bothered to come out and tell us they were out, nor did they warn us when paying for the buffet, I don’t know if they had a few left if they thought we would only eat one pizza or what. On top of that, aside from nobody coming to tell us, when we requested the pizza, they told us the only thing they could offer was a vegan pizza. I find it VERY strong that you have people working who don't know about allergies or food intolerances, who confuse being vegan with being celiac, when they are not related and which can be dangerous. Furthermore, at first, they only intended to refund the money for the celiac person and not for the other person, when you go there to have dinner together and not to have one watch the other eat. Also, once again, the celiac person is discriminated against, being the one who can't eat and only watches. In the end, we managed to get the full refund, but it was something we had to fight for when it should have come from the company itself. It's a shame that situations like this create a bad impression for celiac people, as we could be your potential customers; you will see how you train your employees. I will also add that the tables were filthy, a bit more cleanliness in the place would do well. Very disappointed.
