Celine is rude while handling the order; it has taken over an hour and she blames the delivery person, saying we weren't home. In a rude manner, she hangs up the phone on my complaint. I'm considering placing new orders. We have been using this pizzeria's services almost every 15 days, but it takes away my desire.

The quality of the pizzas has declined a lot. In their "eat and drink" offer, since March until now, they have reduced the amount of ingredients to less than half. In a family pizza that is only vegetarian, I don't remember the name, there was no more than one mushroom for the whole pizza and a quarter of a bell pepper and another quarter of an onion. For gluten-free pizzas, now you can't have more than 2 ingredients in that offer.

We arrived early for dinner. The person who attended us didn't send the order through a tablet (they usually take orders at the counter). We asked how the pizza was doing when we had been waiting for 45 minutes, to which he replied that we would wait a minute (it came out an hour and a bit later) since he attended us much later than he said. Then one of the pizzas, being gluten-free, wasn't cut and they didn't give us a knife to cut it. And since it's eat and drink, they also didn't send the second pizza. So, in a place where you should be able to have a quick dinner, we spent 2 hours... a shame.
