Highly recommended for people with celiac disease and for those without. The food is delicious, with a whole menu of gluten-free starters, salads, main courses, and dessertsâa real treat! The portions are huge. We received excellent service and advice, and we will definitely return when we're back in Guadalajara. The establishment is very pleasant and spotless. đ

A spectacular place for anyone with celiac disease or not. We went to Don Tostajo for lunch, and what a great surprise! All the food is delicious, with very generous portions, the owners are lovely, and the prices are very good. As a celiac, I was delighted. The bread is delicious, a real hit. You have to come here!

My partner and I had lunch there on a Saturday. The service was excellent and attentive. The portions were generous, and the quality-price ratio was fantastic. We ordered an assortment of croquettes, which were homemade and absolutely delicious, and migas (a traditional breadcrumb dish) from Alcarria. We were drawn to the restaurant because they had a wide selection of gluten-free optionsâa paradise for celiacs! We'll definitely be back. Thanks for the great service!
