On Sunday, July 5 at 10:30 PM, the worst experience of my life. Horrible service, lack of food. They gave me a half child’s menu—burger without bread, without bacon, without cheese. I'm posting the photo. I refuse to pay for the menu and I called the police. Plus, I waited an hour for the food. I would never recommend this place in my life. The worst manager didn’t solve anything; on the contrary, she made everything worse. I called the police. This is the gluten-free child’s menu they offered to my daughter because they said they didn’t have bread, and they charged me as if she had received a full burger. I will report the manager.

The food was great and there are gluten-free options. The waiters were excellent and very friendly with us. Camilo you are the best 😁😁😁

The waiter and, in general, the service were very good, fast, and very kind. Regarding the food, we were disappointed, especially with the desserts. The special Halloween burger was very undercooked (we had ordered it medium), the cheesecake was frozen inside, the gluten-free brownie was crumbly, and the gluten-free cheesecake is literally a sobao pasiego (attached photo). Of the whole experience, we only save the customer service from the waiters.
