Foster's Hollywood offers gluten-free options and friendly service, with attentive staff like Sara and Raúl, who stand out for their courtesy. However, training on handling gluten-free food could improve.

Gluten-free options for celiacs and a good gluten-free protocol. The menu is a bit outdated. They should provide the option to choose the bread for each hamburger.

The food is very good. The attention from the girl is very good, Sara is spectacular in her treatment and how pleasant she is. But the rest of the waiters, regarding the gluten issue, is terrible, zero training. Passing gluten food over gluten-free food, which seems inconceivable to me due to cross-contamination. They leave the spoons of celiac people in the middle of the table where there is gluten so that the rest of us who have touched gluten throughout the meal pass the spoons to the celiac people. It doesn't make much sense. The training in that aspect is scarce.

Everything was great, we were attended by Héctor who was very kind, attentive at all times to the table. The waiters who brought the food also provided very good service. Congratulations. It's one of the Fosters where you can eat with gluten-free options. They change all the glasses, plates, cutlery, even the coffee cup.

We just ate and they changed the gluten-free food. We are not going back, the gluten-free fries are inedible, it's hard to believe they serve such fries. And the rest of the gluten-free food is very much improvable. Moreover, in summer the air conditioning is at full blast and it's uncomfortable to be there, as it’s cold. And according to the managers, it can't be adjusted.

Very good service at the Parquesur restaurant. The attention from all the waiters was great, especially from Raúl who served us most of the time. And with a gluten-free menu, which is essential for us since our son is celiac.
