Very good experience thanks solely to the man who was working as "staff" on Thursday, December 18 at lunchtime (3:00 PM) (Antonio, I think). Incredibly pleasant and attentive, he solved a problem that had occurred in the kitchen immediately. The five stars go to him. The food was very tasty and there were good gluten-free options.

They have a gluten-free menu, although it is limited. The gluten-free burger was quite good, but the fries were terrible. We were served kindly and quickly upon arrival, but it was an odyssey to call the waiters, refill drinks, and request the bill. I didn't find the quality to match the price (expensive for what the food was). I didn't like the experience.

Terrible food, we ordered a burger, fried chicken salad, and gluten free ribs.. all looked and tasted like it was reheated leftovers. Have eaten at TGIs in London but this was nothing like that
