Local empty case. They take a long time to take the order, they bring it late and in parts. Some had finished and others hadn't even started. The gluten-free pizza half-made and chunks with the dough exposed without even covering with cheese. The excuses for the poor service weren't even good and they also brought the bill wrong. A deadly combo.

It's a shame to see what Ginos has become in terms of gluten-free food. Before, it was all about service. Now, people with celiac disease are treated as second-class citizens. This happened to us at the Quevedo location a couple of months ago, but we thought it was just a one-off issue. The same thing happened now at the Almansa location. The gluten-free food arrives poorly prepared, half-cold inside, while the other diners are already ordering dessert. And when you say something, at both places the excuse is the same: gluten-free food takes longer. That's not service. It's a labeling. If they can't prepare gluten-free food of quality and in time like the rest of the food, they shouldn't offer it. It's much more honest.

We have known Gino's since my daughter was little and we really enjoy going. They treat us very well and are very attentive to us. Both Betsy and Tania are wonderful and the food is very good. People with intolerances appreciate it very much that they are taken into account and they always remember it. Thank you very much and a big hug to you both!!!!

The daily menu does not include any gluten-free dishes. The gluten-free pasta was of very poor quality and very poorly cooked (it broke when touched).
