The wait staff were so kind and helpful! Rossy waited on us and she was so sweet. I have celiac and they had so many gluten free options, the Pane con aglio and rigatoni al forno are definitely recommended!

A disastrous experience at Ginos. From the start, the service was terrible: we waited 30 minutes to be attended to, despite the restaurant not being full. There were only two waitresses serving, and one of them, named Maca, had a very rude attitude. We asked three times for a glass of water, and each time she forgot. After this initial wait, the food took an hour to arrive. We ordered a Pepperoni pizza, which arrived completely greasy, and a gluten-free pizza that took another 30 minutes to be served. To make matters worse, it was frozen and cost €13, an excessive price for something of such low quality. The photo on the menu had nothing to do with what we were served. In short, a disaster of service and food. I don't plan on going back, and I do not recommend it at all. What a shame!

The waiters could be friendlier. I've included the gluten-free menu.
