We have gone twice during the holidays and everything has been wonderful. Alma has treated us wonderfully (we are a family with multiple intolerances and we have eaten without any problems). We will be back 😃

Good location, we ordered a pizza and it was tasty and also a gluten-free pasta that wasn’t good. Few staff. They take a long time to serve you and get you seated. We saw many people getting tired of waiting and leaving.

We reserved for 2 people after seeing the ad for 2 main courses for the price of 1. Upon arrival, we asked for the gluten-free menu, as my partner is celiac. They told us that the promotion was not valid for the gluten-free menu, "that they couldn’t enter it into the system." The promotion didn’t mention any exceptions (which doesn’t make sense, if the "free" dish is always the cheapest). We left without dinner.

Simply disastrous the service in general of this place attended by Adil I think (according to the ticket since he did not have his name on) who was quite unpleasant from the beginning and his attitude towards everything we asked or inquired was quite despotic. We ordered 1 dish from the menu and two mercato menus; when trying to place the order, he addressed us in a bad manner demanding that we tell him how many menus and how many dishes from the menu we were going to ask for. When we said it again, his bad manners reappeared, demanding that we ask for the dishes his way: first the menus and then the dish from the menu. Unfortunately, that's not where the story ends. Because when the first dishes from the menu arrived, they were the same, and one of them we specifically asked for without cheese; they assumed both were without cheese. Luckily, a girl brought it to us and said she would add it without issues. And then the second dish arrived, and it was a nightmare... because we ordered a spaghetti peperonchino with the shrimp separately, and they brought us some spaghetti in a bain-marie and the shrimp with what was supposed to be the peperonchino (which if I remember correctly was with hot chili, but no matter how hard I looked, I couldn't find it anywhere). We told the 'pleasant' one that we had only asked for the shrimp separately, not the peperonchino, and his response was that if you ordered it apart, that was how it was, and he was left more smug than ever. Certainly, it is not a place suitable for people with some kind of special requirement or any type of food intolerance, and then the service, as I mentioned earlier, leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend it at all.

Everything was fine except the food. We ordered two gluten-free pizzas that were bad, to say the least... I had never had that experience at Ginos, but gluten-free people should definitely not go there! The dough was not good, but okay, that’s acceptable. But the ingredients were just thrown on in any way.

Ordered Pizza without Gluten. They brought us a Mini Pizza for 11€. Pizza dough was the one from Mercadona.
