A service that leaves much to be desired. Gluten-free dish, small quantity and poorly made; the spaghetti with tomato came broken.

I felt there was no coordination in serving the dishes. They first served us 3 dishes and then, after a long time, the other 3. The gluten-free pasta was quite good. The new carbonara was poorly done, the manchego cheese had no prominence. The desserts were fine, but the gluten-free tiramisu was quite improvable. In short, the gluten-free world also demands improvements from Ginos!!

The worst experience at a Ginos. The service was terrible; it took about 15 minutes to bring the drink, they had no experience with gluten-free pasta, the treatment was completely unprofessional, and the food arrived very lukewarm, almost cold. I will not repeat the experience.

Gluten-free pizzas are the worst I've ever tried. However, gluten-free pasta is amazing; if you're celiac and love pasta, this is a very good place for that. Additionally, I know some of the staff here and from what they've told me, the kitchen is very clean and organized. The service at this particular place was quite fast despite it being a holiday and the place being quite full. Apart from this pasta dish, there are plenty more gluten-free options; the variety and number of dishes are superior to similar restaurants. As a celiac, I'm very happy.

Overall unpleasant experience. Waitress rather condescending to the 2 of our guests with Coeliac disease when queried on why the gluten free dishes could not be had with the set menu. It is a valid question. This restaurant claims to cater for those unlucky enough to be unable to eat gluten yet penalises them by charging them much more than others. Cost them the same price for a single pasta dish when I for example had 3 courses and a beer. This is unfair on those who effectively have a disability. Would not go back.
