Ginos offers a varied experience, with particular attention to the needs of celiacs thanks to attentive and prepared staff. Although there is room for improvement in some gluten-free options, the availability of these alternatives is appreciated. The welcoming atmosphere and commitment to service make the venue a choice to consider.

The gluten-free pizza was overly toasted

We were there yesterday Saturday afternoon. The shopping center was overflowing. We arrived early. It must have been around 7:30 PM. At first, the manager was alone attending to all the tables. And there were quite a few occupied tables. Still, she managed everything. Then two waiters attended to us who were a 10. We were a table of adults and another of children. Moreover, one of the children was celiac. And you can tell they are perfectly trained in gluten handling. I wish the service was always like this in all restaurants. Special mention to the staff for their attention.

Quite disappointed. The gluten-free cheese fondue option makes no sense; they put 4 strips of bread that are not enough for all the cheese that comes when they could adapt the original gluten dish much better, as the vegetables could be perfectly included. The gluten-free pizza has no flavor, it has many ingredients but is really like eating bread with tomato. In short, a mess. Furthermore, the staff wasn't very clear about the available options nor could they explain them. It's appreciated that there are options at least, but I think it's very easy to improve them. As for the gluten dishes, they looked pretty good and were liked.

The gluten-free Christmas menu is embarrassing. First, they told me several times that they didn't have it, then I showed them from the website, and they finally agreed. There were 14 of us at the table, and we chose to go here because they had a menu for celiacs, so I could treat myself since I can hardly ever eat good pasta. Well, you have a choice between two pastas and two pizzas. I wanted pasta, but mine couldn't be done, so they gave me what was left: a Bolognese. Disappointment is an understatement; it was just spaghetti with a bit of tomato and hardly any meat. I've seen better-looking pasta dishes in school cafeterias, and I'm sure they taste better too. The menu included a starter, garlic bread... if you can call it that. A piece of tasteless bread, basically bread with bread. I barely ate. The only thing that was decent was the dessert. I'm really, really disappointed because I had hopes of being able to eat something I never get to eat, so if your intention is to go there because they offer a menu for celiacs, don't do it.
