Little variety in gluten-free desserts; one we were able to have coffee and can have lactose-free milk or almond milk.

Very good service and kindness. The food is very good. Although there are new gluten-free options on the menu, the variety is still limited.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with GINOS SPAIN's policy regarding the daily market menu and allergies. Yesterday, I went to eat with my celiac daughter, and we noticed that this menu included vegetarian options, but not for celiacs. Although the Prosciutto pizza was on the menu, there was a gluten-free option on the regular menu. I don't know if this is due to ignorance or some other reason, but I find it striking that personal options (vegetarian) are included while options for medical conditions (celiac) are excluded. And let it be clear that I support having alternatives for vegetarians. We raised our concerns with the manager, and after some disagreements, including over the pricing for gluten-free products, she agreed to ask the chef if he had any objection to making the pizza that was on the menu gluten-free, as it existed on the regular menu, and they brought it to us, or so we were told for that occasion. In summary, what I request is for GINOS SPAIN to reconsider and modify their company policy in their restaurants to include some gluten-free option on the daily menu.

I am gluten intolerant and I decided to try the gluten-free options for pasta, pizza, and dessert they offer. My experience with the pasta has been that it doesn't taste bad, but the sauce and the portion of pasta served leave a lot to be desired. The pizza is pathetic; I am aware that it won't be the same as a wheat pizza, but this is horrible, from the appearance to the taste—better not to offer it at all. For dessert, I tried a gluten-free tiramisù, and the takeaway option is not the same as what they serve in the restaurant. So for me, Ginos is no longer an option.

Without a doubt, the worst restaurant I have been able to visit. They offer a menu with no options for celiacs, you ask them and in very rude ways they tell you that they don’t change any dish for a gluten-free one. (Being celiac is not a choice) We had to ask them several times to bring us the bread... To top it off, when we go to pay, they want to charge us for 2 extra drinks and on top of that, they say they have a lot of chaos... Seeing that they have more empty tables than occupied ones. Very slow and little empathy from the staff.

Everything is good. José was very kind and took the time to go to the kitchen to find out what type of flour they used in the dishes for celiacs because, in addition to being gluten intolerant, I am intolerant to several cereals and grains. Then Nikol came over; we loved his family-like approach.

Gluten-free spaghetti Bolognese delicious, gluten-free bread extremely expensive. €3.40. It's incredible that a celiac can't eat a menu, when the dishes for "normal" people cost the same as those without gluten. What is the difference in making a gluten-free pizza and putting it on the menu? Good service.

In the restaurant, they serve very quickly and well, but now I’ve come back with my celiac sister and I’ve discovered that I am sensitive to gluten, and it was incredible; they had three gluten-free dishes on the menu and could only give us two. Also, they only had one of each left. I feel like they have those dishes to seem accommodating, but it’s cruel to deceive customers. I used to like this restaurant a lot, but now seeing it from another perspective, I can't give them more stars.

Disappointing. It had been a long time since I went to a Ginos. I had good memories of the pizzas here, but that was all they were, memories. The pizza was somewhat cold and very lacking in ingredients. If they tell you it has basil, you expect more than one leaf on the pizza, right? The service was pleasant but not very coordinated. The only good thing, if I can say something, is that they finally have a menu for people with gluten intolerance. It’s a bit sparse, but at least they have it.
