Ginos is a place that offers gluten-free options with a wide selection of dishes. Although the service could be improved, the quality of the food, especially the desserts, receives good appreciation. A place to consider for those looking for gluten-free options with potential.

Gluten-free pasta tastes good, but the plating is terrible. People with celiac disease also deserve good plating!

I ordered a gluten-free pasta that took about 50 minutes to arrive, and when it was finally served, the pasta was overcooked, completely unsalted, and the sauce was completely cold, with areas that looked like they had just come out of the refrigerator. In light of this situation, I asked them to heat it up, and when they returned the plate to me, it was evident that they had put it in the microwave: the pasta had become hard and impossible to eat.

Each time worse... I make a reservation, detail in the notes that we are going to order a gluten-free pizza, and it doesn't matter... they lost our order, I understand, because they took 1 hour to bring 4 pizzas, although no one gives us explanations, and if we don’t ask, we would still be there waiting... zero empathy, zero service, in short ZERO.

I hadn't tried going to Ginos as a celiac. The 2 things I tried were good. Especially the star dessert.
