Ginos presents itself as a venue offering gluten-free options, with a menu dedicated to celiacs. However, the overall experience may vary, with some dishes receiving mixed reviews. The service is friendly but could be improved in terms of timing.

We had a reservation at 1:30 PM and it took a long time for them to attend to us. Regarding the food, I would like to mention that some of the gluten-free fusilli were partially hard and/or undercooked. The spaghetti was very good and the baked fusilli with cheek meat was not bad, but I wouldn't order it again. As for the service, as I mentioned earlier, they took a lot of time. We ordered a salad that they usually serve first, and it arrived with the main course. They brought us all the dishes except one, for which we waited about 15 minutes. I had to wait to eat while the rest of my family was eating. In these cases, we expect some sort of apology or explanation, which we did not receive.

I'm celiac and I love to search for places that have menus for celiacs and not just the same 3 dishes that the menu offers us. At first, I was happy because they had a gluten-free menu; I ordered spaghetti bolognese and it was the worst experience, they tasted like they were from a fast food place (one of the worst), the pasta was chopped into pieces, overcooked and glued together, all tasteless, a terrible experience. Then the food was cold and the service was rude. I truly don't plan to return and if you're celiac, I don't recommend it, being celiac is already unfortunate and not finding decent food is worse. Then I ordered the gluten-free tiramisu, I don’t know what was worse. P.S. I should note that I left the entire plate of food untouched and said nothing just out of politeness.

Today, a friend and I came to dinner at Ginos, and we were attended by Adrián. He has been super nice from the very first moment and very polite. He was able to advise us on both the gluten and gluten-free menu, as I can't have gluten because I'm intolerant. At the end, he said goodbye with a big smile. We need more people like him in public-facing roles. We were delighted with his attention. And the gluten-free dinner was exquisite.

Good quality food. A menu with several options for people who cannot eat gluten. I recommend becoming a member of club-by for the offers.
