My partner is celiac and it's appreciated that a chain of restaurants invests in these initiatives so that people with this condition can enjoy without worries in large venues. They have a specific menu with gluten-free starters, main courses, and desserts. They identify diners with a blue plate and tablecloth (in our case, there were two of us and it wasn't very necessary, but for larger groups, it’s very useful). Similarly, a single waiter (in our case, Lina, a sweetheart) identifies at the beginning as "your waiter," so there’s no confusion with the dishes. Very good experience and the food was very, very tasty. Totally recommendable.

An excellent dinner, both for the food and the service. We went to dinner at the Ginos restaurant in the Plaza Norte 2 shopping center and we came out delighted. The staff was incredibly friendly from the very start, and something we greatly valued: they were very well-trained on celiac disease. One of the diners was gluten intolerant and they took exceptional care of him, paying close attention to avoid any kind of cross-contamination. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing and conveyed a lot of confidence, which is not so common in many places. The food, by the way, was very tasty and had several well-identified gluten-free options. 100% recommended and we will definitely repeat.

I am writing this review a month after being there. The dish in the photo is supposed to be gluten-free spaghetti, but I have to say that I have been gluten intolerant for over 20 years and I have never eaten such disgusting spaghetti. I don’t know if they were made a couple of days ago or if they are frozen, I don’t know, but apart from being all broken (they looked more like soup noodles), they tasted like plastic. When I saw the dish arrive, I didn’t understand why they put so much sauce but then I understood it was to cover the taste of the spaghetti. In summary, if you offer food for celiacs that is disgusting to eat, it’s better not to put gluten-free options.

A Ginos with a great terrace. Parking is great, but when it comes to desserts, they fall short on the gluten-free options!! They always tell you that they are out, and I believe that even though they have it on the menu, they never actually have it. As for pizzas made to your liking with 3 ingredients... somewhat scarce...
