The pasta was undercooked, I think they don't understand the concept of al dente. And don't even get me started if you order a gluten-free pasta that is overcooked, what follows.

Everything is perfect, excellent service, and a great variety and quality of gluten-free dishes that is greatly appreciated!

Fatal error. Despite having ordered gluten-free food, at coffee time I asked if the new coffee with amaretto and scoop of ice cream contained gluten, and they assured me it did not. By the third spoonful, I suspected the ice cream had cookies or cake, and indeed, the ice cream was full of cake bits. I called another waitress, and she confirmed that this ice cream contained gluten. The solution they offered was to give me another one like it but with vanilla ice cream and not charge me for it. Of course, I did not accept. For my health, I can no longer trust this establishment.

We placed a takeaway order, one of the dishes was gluten-free spaghetti Bolognese and the pasta was completely overcooked. If we had been at the restaurant, we would have returned the dish. The rest of the pasta was also overcooked.

Perfect, it's the first time I've been attended to regarding celiac disease, they've always given me a menu, but they have never taken as long as here, they give it the importance it deserves. And the treatment is perfect.

They have a wide menu with options for GLUTEN-FREE dishes, one of the few restaurant chains I've encountered with so many alternatives, and everything I've tried has been very good. Additionally, the staff is very friendly, especially here at CC Tres Aguas, special mention to Patricia, who has served me several times and is always lovely. I will return soon to try their gluten-free pizzas.

The truth is that these restaurants increasingly suffer from franchise issues due to the apathy of their employees. Since one of us was gluten intolerant, we went to eat the daily menu, and they boast in their advertising about having many gluten-free dishes, including the Rigatoni al Forno, but of course, they told us they wouldn't serve it gluten-free in the daily menu, even though it's the same food and included in the daily menu. In other words, they treat intolerants and allergic customers with discrimination. Moreover, the employee was quite rude to us. Later, when the dishes were brought to us, one of the pizzas we ordered without mushrooms came with mushrooms. We suspect that ours was given to the table next to us... And my pizza was quite charred as seen in the photo I'm sending... Overall, a disaster; lately, eating at a VIPS or Ginos is turning into an adventure.
