My family and I went out to eat for a birthday (there were 6 of us) and at first, everything was fine. We had a reservation at 2:00 PM and two of us were celiac. The food in general was fine, but my mother-in-law and I, being celia, ordered two barbecue pizzas and they left much to be desired. The base was practically uncooked; it seemed like when they heated the pizza, they only pressed the top button where the ingredients are. There are several gluten-free dishes, but for dessert, there were only 2 options and the tiramisu was mediocre. What bothered us the most and made the meal not go well in the end was the service. At first, we were well taken care of, but when the waiters saw that we took longer than expected to leave, they started to look at us badly, and a South American woman looked at us, yelled at us, and said, "IT'S 5:30!!!!" when we had been informed that the restaurant did not close until 12:00 AM. They were so unfair that they even turned off the air conditioning for us. Of course, we will not return to this Ginos and I do not recommend going to this place.

We were having dinner on Saturday, the gluten-free pasta is quite good. The gluten-free pizza, sufficient. From what others have told me, the regular pizza is very tasty. Noelia served us, a charm!

Good: gluten-free pasta and pizza of high quality. Bad: poor service, not very clean, bland corporate feel

Awful treatment. They refused to give me a strawberry with cream dessert because it wasn’t on the celiac menu. Surreal, neither the cream nor the strawberry contains gluten, yet they gave me olives with dressing that could be contaminated. Even if I order a dish, whatever it may be, it is my responsibility whether it makes me feel bad or not; the company would be responsible if I ordered a gluten-free dish and they served it contaminated. But like this, textually, they refused to give me that dessert due to article 33. I add that they always take a long time to serve, and if you mention the year, they give you a bad face. The treatment toward a more than regular customer is not correct. Sympathy is absent. I didn’t order any menu, I asked for gluten-free pasta and then wanted a strawberry with cream, but they refused to give them to me. This has happened again. It’s incredible.

Not very welcoming staff. Had to wait for a long time to get the food. Food was disappointing. Only positive was the gluten free option. Not coming back.

Nice enough to bring out a gluten free menu, when I asked for the check. Forgot half of my table's order, then became indignant when we asked where it was. Will not go back, food was good or would have left one star.
