We went to this restaurant with some reservations due to the negative reviews, but our experience was completely different: an absolute success! 👏 They adapt the entire menu to be gluten-free and are extremely careful with celiac patients. They cook in a separate fryer for celiacs, and it's clear they know exactly how to handle cross-contamination, which is very reassuring. The food was delicious; we have absolutely no complaints. Furthermore, both the waitress and the owner were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even coming over to talk to us to make sure everything was alright. A 100% recommended place for celiacs, and generally for anyone who wants to eat well and feel cared for. 🌟
