We went to La Tagliatella Senza Glutine for lunch. The staff, and particularly Miguel, were knowledgeable and kind, but more importantly the entire restaurant is dedicated gluten free. The quality of the ingredients were top notch and everything was delicious. It truly felt like nothing was compromised when compared to a “traditional” restaurant - which is a difficult feat for a place focused on pizza and pasta. We will be coming back and I recommend this place to all, whether avoiding gluten as a preference or for those with highly reactive celiac disease. Bring your appetite!

First day in Madrid and we ran in here and we were pleasantly impressed. The ricotta and spinach pasta was fantastic and did not even taste like gluten free. Miguel was a great server and made our experience even better. Highly recommend coming in here. Pizza was thin and delicious as well.

Good Italian food very tasty, pasta is good the pesto sauce is superb. Very clean, waiters are very attentive, no parking.
