I visited Manolo Bakes on Príncipe de Vergara street, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The place has a very pleasant atmosphere, with careful and cozy decor. The team was very kind and attentive: they even made an effort to patiently explain the gluten-free options to me. I ordered some sweet manolitos and a savory focaccia, accompanied by a specialty coffee - all were spectacular. The products seem freshly baked, with perfect textures and delicate flavors. Additionally, the order arrived impeccable when I placed it through delivery (or picked it up in-store), maintaining presentation and quality. I will definitely repeat and recommend this place to friends: it is ideal for both relaxed breakfasts and special snacks. Highly recommendable! Andrés and Silvia attended to us, charming!!

Unique Manolo bakes in Madrid with gluten-free muffins flattened in the midst of gluten, they come wrapped for a reason, and in the other stores they display them correctly, follow their own protocols, a disservice to those with celiac disease, I indicated this to them and they told me that the new manager believes that this is how they should be.

An incredible place. Celia charmingly introduced me to the members' system and I had a coffee in her name HAHA. An amazing and simple system using QRs in the wallet.
