We went to eat with coworkers and, to start, the menu features a gluten-free option, which I thought to order due to my intolerances. However, when I asked for it, the person who attended us indicated that they didn’t have it and that "everything in this establishment contains gluten." The problem isn’t that they don’t have options (even though it’s in the menu), but the manner and treatment with which we were communicated. Then we ordered several pizzas, and when we requested an ingredient that was indicated in the menu (basil), we were rudely told that they didn’t have the requested ingredient, when it should have been in stock. Later, there was also an error with one of my coworker’s orders, bringing him a different pizza than the one he had ordered. Finally, we ordered coffees and desserts to go. They took our order without indicating at any moment that this option wasn’t available. It was when they brought them that the same person who initially attended us told us that it wasn’t possible, again with an inappropriate attitude. I have no complaints about the food, as we enjoy it and that’s why we usually go, but the service we received today has been terrible and, honestly, after this experience, we probably won’t return.

According to what the waiter who served us said, who was very kind, the chain has gluten-free pizzerias and pizzerias where they cannot serve you gluten-free pizzas. It turns out that the pizzeria in Méndez Álvaro is one of the pizzerias where they cannot serve you gluten-free pizzas. However, the pizzas are delicious, the dough is great, and the service was fantastic as well. At times I've been before, the place was a bit noisy, but it didn't seem that way the last time.

We are ordering 7 GLUTEN-FREE pizzas to eat at home on Sunday. DIAVOLA San Marzano tomato base, spicy Neapolitan salami, fiordilatte mozzarella, and basil. MARGHERITA San Marzano tomato base, fiordilatte mozzarella, basil, and parmesan. LA VERA CARBONARA White base with fiordilatte mozzarella, crispy guanciale, egg yolk sauce, and a touch of black pepper. ORIGINALE San Marzano tomato base, fiordilatte mozzarella, arugula, coppa, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan shavings. ZOZZONA San Marzano tomato base, Neapolitan sausage, crispy guanciale, fiordilatte mozzarella, egg yolk, parmesan, and pepper. CALZONE Stuffed with fiordilatte mozzarella, spicy Neapolitan salami, ricotta with black pepper, San Marzano tomato, parmesan shavings, and basil. They were all divine, but I highly recommend the diavola and the calzone is something else. Recommended by Suso and Andres.
